It was a real hassle getting this thing to work on my network, but all is well now. The ink always seems to be running low, but I think that's typical for all printers.

Ok item not impressed but it does good , ink won’t last

Had trouble with wifi setup. Laptop stops recognizing the printer in the in the middle of the software installation. Tried it with the CD, same problem. Had to use USB to complete the setup. Printer works well.

I didn't expect a perfect printer for the money I shelled out, and I definitely am enjoying the product. It prints really well (slight lineing, so I wouldn't recommend to buy for business use) and sharp. Overall, I love it!

Super easy set up which is key for me. I'm very pleased with this printer especially for the price.

1. Took awhile to set up the printer. In particular, the printer automatically turns off/on when it gets a new job. It's a nice function when it works, but had to do troubleshoot the set up several times before it did. Some folks may have just given up. 2. The print quality seems a little below average compared to other printers, but it's good enough. Certainly, at the price point, you can't complain.

Works perfect for a small home office! Easy to set up with latop for wireless printing. Great quality.

I read the bad reviews and took a chance anyway. It was not as easy to set up as it should have been. The diagnostic software is as unhelpful as I have ever seen. I got it to work (but I don't know how). For the first few days it printed double-sided prints beautifully. I was happy with the quality. Then, it just stopped working. I did not adjust any settings or move the device. It turned on but would not print. The diagnostic software only allowed me to delete the prints on queue. It resolved nothing. With deadlines that were looming, I could not spend any more time trying to figure this printer out. I was disappointed. My previous Canon PIXMA lasted 10 years and this was supposed to replace it. It's okay to offer budget printers but they have to work consistently. The diagnostic software has to offer some actionable solutions: that was totally unacceptable.

It is relatively Super cheap in price, and it is made by Canon, and it is awesome. The quality of scans are amazing, and though the quality for printing is not as good, but it is good enough for home use.

the copier is easy to install and use. the ability to print on both side is a plus.

Does the job…it has occasionally disconnected from my WiFi and has taken me a few tries to reconnect.

Purchased for the home office now that it doesn't appear we will be back in the actual office anytime soon, Easy set-up. Nice and quiet.
