We recently purchased this product and it is great. Very pleased with it.

My old Canon died. It was important that the next printer worked with Windows XP. It does. Printing text is very good. Printing pictures is good. Excellent price.

This printer is very easy to use and has lasted us a while now.

Bought it because of the price and couldn't be more happy. I own a mac so it might be different for PC but it basically set itself up. Great print quality and bang for the buck. I recommend it to others

I read the bad reviews and took a chance anyway. It was not as easy to set up as it should have been. The diagnostic software is as unhelpful as I have ever seen. I got it to work (but I don't know how). For the first few days it printed double-sided prints beautifully. I was happy with the quality. Then, it just stopped working. I did not adjust any settings or move the device. It turned on but would not print. The diagnostic software only allowed me to delete the prints on queue. It resolved nothing. With deadlines that were looming, I could not spend any more time trying to figure this printer out. I was disappointed. My previous Canon PIXMA lasted 10 years and this was supposed to replace it. It's okay to offer budget printers but they have to work consistently. The diagnostic software has to offer some actionable solutions: that was totally unacceptable.

Needed a printer for personal and work reasons. The fact that this was on sale was a blessing. Loved Canon printers for a long time. This one is no different

I had it for 3 month and so far is great. For the price I paid great quality.

I own an HP Envy 4520, and I've encountered several issues with troubleshooting. I was unable to scan, despite every effort I made through he instruction manual and the online assistance. The HP Print and Scan Doctor was unhelpful. My Canon printer is exactly what I needed. I enjoyed that I didn't need to enter a password on the printer itself, once I had the printer associated with my laptop. The download of software offers great features, and it includes a User Manual. I really appreciate the other reviews that allowed me to make the decision I made.

I had to temporarily go into assisted living and needed a smaller printer than my large HP. I ordered on-line and received it very promptly. It is a great wireless printer and the ink is reasonable.

Great printer/scanner for the money. This is my second printer. The other was also a PIXMA MG older model which I definitely got my money's worth out of it.

Super easy set up which is key for me. I'm very pleased with this printer especially for the price.

I brought my daughter this printer for college. This is a decent printer; it's compact and use very little space (a plus for dorm rooms). The only issue I had was the wireless setup which, was difficult to setup. I wish it had a little display window to enter wireless information versus smartphone.

I bought this after I purchased my Macbook Air and I needed a printer that was compatible. My only complaint is there is not a low ink warning. I took off one star due to that, but other wise it works well with air print off both my iPhone and computer.

It's small enough to take with me if I need to, but overall exactly what I need and a great value!
