    This was purchased and installed for one of my customers. The printer was directly connected to a MacBook Pro with no issues. I gave it 4 stars since I'm not the primary user of this printer.

    Best Buy met pricing for this printer and had it shipped to our home. The shipment was delayed and/or needed to be reshipped. When I got the printer, it was difficult to get it operational. I finally reached tech support at Canon and got the printer working.

    Canon is reliable and a good price point, but note this model is best for printing, not batch copying. it is slow because there is no auto selection for copying multiple pages. Get the next model up.

    Stopped working after a few months. Won’t read the new ink cartridges. Keeps coming up as error. Prior to it not working the print speed and quality was subpar .
