I have used personal printers for many years of diferentes brands including Canon but the Prixma MG 3620 give me the most valuable images, love it

This printer is okay at best, shouldn’t expect much else out of a cheap printer. Had a VERY difficult time setting up the printer as the directions are not clear at all, and I could not get it to connect wirelessly ( I am a tech savvy person). I honestly would probably return the printer if I didn’t already throw out the box. Nevertheless, if you want a super basic printer that will work with a cable, this one should do just fine.

This printer works so well with my iPhone and iPad. I am able to air drop any assignments or email! Plus I don't have to deal with all the cords!

This is a Christmas gift for my husband. It hasn’t been used yet. I hope he likes it.

The instruction sheet sucks as it is vague, not written by an English-speaking person and totally inadequate. Steps are left out and this is unacceptable by any company wishing to stay in business. Listen up Canon, start providing the instructions for set up that are required and make sure they are accurate.

several months in and it still works great! prints hundreds of pages on one cartridge of ink. scanner and wifi capabilities work perfectly too

Seemed fairly easy to install and copies are sharp and legible.

I get that often times, issues are user error-related, but 3 hours in, I realize this is a product issue. I restarted printer and wireless network several times, confirmed 2.4 speed connection was available, followed the installation instructions multiple times.. to no avail. Was going to concede and just print via laptop through usb cable, before realizing they didn't include usb cable and the cable slot had a special input on the printer. This was the final straw. I am returning the printer and avoiding Canon for another decade.

This printer is okay. It takes too long to get the drivers downloaded. It should not take 20 minutes. The biggest negative is you have to go turn it on before printing. Just because you hit print doesn't mean it will turn itself on.

Definitely the best printer with all necessary features for the price. There is not match in this printer category on the market.

This is my second Canon printer. It has all the features I need. Especially useful is the double sided printing and the scanning capability.

I have been pleased with this printer. Satisfies my needs to scan and print documents. The price was right. Can't go wrong with this product.

Excellent home office printer! Works quietly and efficiently!

This printer is difficult to set up. Once set up the settings do not stay, so every time you print you have to reset the paper size, the border, etc. It is the most difficult printer I have ever owned. Changing ink cartridges is very easy and ink appears to last a long time in comparison to other printers. I would not recommend this printer.

Printer is compact and easy to set up to WiFi. Works great and can print from my iPhone.

Delivery on time, easy set up, first with canon so far so good.
