    Bought this for my son, I haven't hooked up but I was sold on the ship to home feature that the rep said would come with it for ink. Come to the register and find out it isn't offered with this model. Not sure if I will keep

    Printer is just okay but scanner is great. Definitely for the infrequent user. When used as a printer, too many trays stick out and can easily be damaged. No paper storage.

    Used this for a year and works well. Printing homework for kids, stuff for work etc... runs out of ink fast but they all do.

    I am giving this 2 stars because I purchased on line and picked up at the store, super easy and convenient, however I have returned the printer ( again super easy no hassle) because it was way to difficult to set up . I enlisted my daughter to try and set up , she is a wiz at this kind of stuff and she could not get it . Too frustrating.

    amazing printer for what it is. the print quality is okay at best. the biggest con about this printer is that any time i have to print wireless through a new wifi i have to go through the whole set up process again.
