Most ink jet printers these days are disposable so why not buy an inexpensive one that works great! Nothing fancy. Good scanner.

I am not as good as I thought I was therefore I could not get the printer connected to it.

Nightmare to set up. Arent we at the point where we scan a qr code and move on. It has that but didnt work.

The guess printer works ok, but the process to get it was TERRIBLE. I initially ordered online on 11/30 and was given a delivery date of 12/5. Several days later I was notified it was "delayed" but no one could tell me when it would arrive. After several conversations where no one from Best Buy was helpful, and because this was a Christmas gift, I ordered another to pick up at a store for $20 more than the original order, but they would not match price. I was still hoping to receive the original order and then on 12/20 was notified that my order had been returned. Customer service told me they "could tell by the tracking it was damaged so they re-routed to return it." Terrible customer service and I will not purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Never could get it to connect. Also, you have to download the canon print app and everything must go through the app. Well its very frustrating on apple devices.

I love this printer, the only downfall is that the scanner cover seems a little cheap but for the money it is a great product!

I just love the product. I use it everyday for school and love the fact that it is a color printer as well. Just love it!!

I needed a printer for school. Scans and prints! Hooking it wireless is a pain but if you can print directly from your phone!!

Worst printer I’ve ever had. It has connection issues, printing is off, loud, and it has too many paper jams. Average time it takes for me to print 1 page is about 10-15 minutes and that’s getting it to work and having to redo the process because the printing came out terrible.

Good for AirPrint we had some setup trouble but we eventuality got it

This printer is great. WiFi accessible. Only downfall is that you must turn it on manually for it to start up.

it was easy to set up but didficult to set up connection of my chromebook to print, but finally figured it out. The paper jams a lot. But decent and affordable!

I don’t think I have ever been so infuriated with an object until I bought this printer. It worked a few prints, then stopped. Refuses to connect to wifi/be registered as a printer in the Canon Print app. I’ve tried numerous times and nothing worked. One weird thing I noticed is this printer appears as an MG3600 when attempting to register as a printer , not MG3620 as it is labeled on the machine itself. Not sure if it’s user error, but regardless, I am taking this useless piece of absolute horse trash to the recycle.

You don't even get 1 star for this hot mess. I was given false information. This printer is NOT compatible with Big Sur 11.0. Three Geek Squad people could not install it. I had to pay extra for tech support. I thought I had bought that when I bought this. I now have an appointment to return it in person to get a refund for the printer, Geek Squad, and the extra GS tech support. I checked with someone on the Best Buy chat because it's impossible to reach a person at the SF Big Buy. That person assured me, after he said he checked three times, that this printer was compatible with the Apple update. It is not. I am not happy about any of this. I suspect I will look to any other store before I buy anything from Best Buy again.
