The blue tube is hard to connect to the computer. The set up was to difficult

The printer worked fine until we had to change the Internet Service Provider. Basically, the printer stayed on the original SSID network and we spent hours troubleshooting with Canon Product Support teams and DIY style via YouTube and Reddit forums with no luck. The reset options that were provided would not work. I don't recommend buying this product because we owned it for 2 months and it's now considered RETIRED by Canon. So, no options for replacement via Canon or Best Buy. We were simply told "please consider purchasing from our available models to replace this unit."

replaced a multi ink cartridge pixma printer that was pricey to keep up and this does the basics well

The wi Fi feature is great. My studying sessions are great. I can be at a distance and print everything

great printer. But at times it won’t work. Havr to keep connecting it

Ok but very difficult set up even for someone very tech savvy. They also tell you that cannon comes with a full ink supply - not true.... Was maybe 1/2 full of ink in catridges.

Honestly the best printer I have ever used. Ink and Settings are great.

Had difficulties setting wifi connection but when i finally got it ...it worked perfectly...

This Canon printer is both Cost effective and very efficient.

Great for simple use like school work and just simple documents

Good for the price but not for the long run. Printer jammed after about a year of use and was told it wasn't worth it to fix it.

It's not the fastest printer, but it's what it says it is.

This printer is great for home use and the print cartridges are much cheaper than other brands

Got this as I am a college student and im always printing. It works well. Fast to connect. No issues :)

I like it but still can’t figure out how to set it up to my computer.

Good printer for the price. Not as convenient space wise due to the paper tray however. Also the wifi set up is impossible with a password protected wifi network.

Great picture printer and easy to set up through the internet.

Terrible product, didn't work! Spent countless hours troubleshooting. I will never purchase from Best Buy again. 14 day return policy!!!! This is the most absurd and you apparently need to buy a membership to have a normal 60-day return policy. Worst customer service to top it off. Will not even give me a store credit for another working printer! No Contact us form on your website either.. so here ya go! Very disappointed in your products and service. Your policy is a true Scam, and no assistane.

I bought this printer/scanner because it had a wireless connection, but after multiple tries of connecting wireless which did not work I just decided to connect it via cable.

My old printer gave out so I shopped for the best deal
