Best Buy is my only resource for what I need in office equipment and supplies.

I have had this printer for a while now and it still won’t connect to my wi fi, so I can’t print anything. I go thru the steps and it prints out the network configuration page every time, I am afraid I will run out of ink before I get it to print for me. I am gonna call Canon this week and maybe they can tell me what I am doing wrong

Replaced original Canon printer with new one in Dec. 2016. Had to replace it in Jan. 2017 because feeder not working properly. Hopefully, third unit will work well.

Love this printer. this is my second purchase, first one lasted five years, does everything it is supposed to do and does it well, really recommend

Great printer for the price love that you only have to worry about two ink cartridges.

This is the second time I have purchased this printer. The ink price is also reasonable.

This printer is a little basic, but it meets all of my expectations. I have no complaints.

it does what its supposed to do. wireless is very hard to set up. wired works fine

Doesn't offer double sided scanning and you have to print using the app from your phone.

It was working great until I had to replace the ink cartridge. I went out and purchased a renewed cartridge but the printer was not reading it correctly, my first assumption was there was an issue with the cartridge that I purchased. I returned it and upgraded to a brand new cartridge. Installed the brand new cartridge and it was giving the same error. It turns out that this is a common issue with this printer and the only way to resolve the issue is buy a new printer. Absolute trash and waste of money and manufacturing resourses. Canon should be ashamed of selling such a junk printer.

Tricky to set up and I cannot get it to automatically come on. I have to physically turn it on -- not a big deal, but a bit annoying as my old one did turn on when I hit the print button. This cannon printer replaced one that was probably 10 years old, so I hope this model lasts as long.

I wanted something and easy to use and, so far, I am very happy with this printer.

Arrrg, I've literally only used it a few times since December 2023. At first it wouldn't connect to WIFI, now it won't even turn on at all. Now I'm stuck with this piece of junk and I didn't even get my monies worth. Of course the manufacture warranty is only one year. I looked on YouTube for help and there are a host of other people with horrible feedback. Buyer beware!
