I've had the printer a couple months, spent hours trying to get it to work, a friend spent a couple hours trying to get it to work, and I've spent hours on hold with Tech Support and then a couple hours with a real human being, and this has happened twice. So far the printer doesn't work. The last person to work on it said the only thing she could think of was to replace the USB cord, which I did but it still does not work. She tried to hook it up wireless but that didn't work either. I'd have expected a USB cord to come with the printer but none was there. Anyway, I use the printer a lot and have been really frustrated with the whole thing.

Does everything I need it to do plus more. Couldn't be happier.

Works for a while then won't connect to computer or phone.

Prints out photos better than my HP. Very quite when it's set

So, this was shipped on Feb. 10th, by the end of March the paper feed stopped working and it is no longer returnable. I really just want a working printer, not really to return this. Before this happened, I liked it.

Works ok once you finally get it to attach to WiFi for printing. Not recommended for a long term use

Sometimes it printed as expected and sometimes it ate several sheets of paper and sometimes just refused to print.

kind of a struggle to set up but is overall great !

My new Canon printer is supposed to be wireless - says so right on the box. However, it will not work without a cord connecting it to my computer. Any involved the Geek squad and they couldn't get it to work properly either. Very disappointed.

Could be user error but I have not been able to get this wifi set up and needed the cord which did not come with the printer.

We've gone a few years with no printer, but needed one on the fly for a massive amount of paperwork that needed "wet signatures" to be scanned and sent back. This seemed fine, so why not? We had one just like it years ago. This thing WILL NOT connect to our network. We are both tech people, so it's not like we're ignorant of how these things work. The instruction sheet is ridiculous, by the way. But the wireless setup simply doesn't work. It will not connect to our network. I'm beyond furious. I'm currently deciding if it's worth it to buy the cable just to get the job done, or return it on principle. Canon has been around long enough that they should know how to achieve this functionality by now. Everything else in the world is connected, why can't this work?
