I wouldn't take this printer if it was given to me

I couldn't believe the low price on this printer. The quality is fantastic. I printed out a few photos to test it out and sent them to my grandma. The next time I went to visit they were framed and on display. Colors are crisp, and the wireless and mobile accessibility are very convenient. I don't expect I'll need a new printer for a long, long time.

This is a great printer. Quick and easy to set up. Separate ink cartridges make it economical, no throwing away good ink to replace one empty color. The WiFi printing from laptop, phone, tablet makes work and picture printing an easy job. The print comes out clear. This is my 2nd Pixma printer, this one works just as well as my previous, more expensive Pixma did and hopefully it will last just as long (4 years of lots of printing). This printer does scan and make copies, it does not fax. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this printer in August 2016 and it only lasted 6 months. I was really looking for a cheaper printer because my wife and I do not print often, but this one was on sale so I went for it. One day, it decided to feed about 10-20 pages at once, and when I tried to clear the paper jam, it broke the rollers on the inside and it no longer feeds paper. I should have bought the Geek Squad plan so I could have just exchanged it because I cannot for the life of me find a local Canon service center that will work on it. I'm glad I got it on sale because it will soon be Office Space'd. Until the paper jam, the printer worked great. Wifi works great, even though it's a little odd during the setup (just follow the instructions and you will be fine). The print quality is good, it doesn't make a ton of noise and the ink cartridges are not that expensive (though not cheap either). If you print/scan often... say a college student or a small business, this is a decent printer. Probably an excellent printer in that area. But if you are like my wife and I and we need to do something maybe once a week, it's a little overkill for our tasks. For that reason alone I cannot recommend it to someone else. It seems that in today's digital age, paper copies aren't used as often (but are still necessary). Almost all printers in the sub-$200 range are built cheap - just buy the protection plan and save yourself a headache later. I know I will from now on.

This is a great printer! Easy to set up and use. The specs don't include Windows 10 under requirements, but I upgraded before purchasing the printer and had no trouble installing it. I'm no computer whiz either. Different from my 2008 Canon PIXMA 610, but I'm getting used to it. Prints well. Good clean, clear prints on documents. Haven't printed a photo yet, but am confident it will be good. Great printer at a great price!

This printer stays connected to my wi fi, was easy to set up, and all my Apple devices work with it. I kept having problems with my older Canon printer. My mobile devices had trouble printing to it. This printer shuts off when not used for a period of time. Pressing the on button activates it immediately, and it will print immediately. It is on the slower side, and not for heavy users. Also sleek. Looks nice. Clean look.

I'm a long time owner of Canon printers. My previous one held up so well I actually had to find an excuse to buy a new one. My family and I have a lot of Apple products and thought it would be great if we could print directly from our iPhones and iPads. Well this one does! It does everything we want from an all-in-one. So far, it's been a great purchase for us.

I read reviews prior purchasing it. But i miss the part that it does not have a usb slot for printing/scanning. Our old printer has this feature and it is really convenient to have. Photos printed well and setup was easy. Its just that i really want that usb slot option. Returned the product.

It is best a Canon MG6821 printer. Nice wifi, cool

typical high-quality Canon product ... quick to print, easy to set up and use. My only complaint is the ink tubs seem to not last very long at all.

Vey pleased. Does not come with USB so keep that in mind if you need one but I was able to set up printer to print from all my devices wirelessly so the cable was not needed. I did find that if you want to scan a document and email it, if you have a USB you can email directly from the touch screen without having to save it to your documents then logging into your email and attaching it. Super easy to print documents and photos witelessly from iPhone, iPad, laptop and desktop.

I bought the MG 6821 because I bought the MG 7720 a few months prior and liked it. So I bought the next model down for my home office. The unit printed in a halting, slow, mode, and then would stop halfway through a page. Sometimes just spitting out a blank page. The 7720 printed high quality photos on photo paper infinitely quicker than the 6821 printed a text only page. Tried with the same computer and router as the 7720 and the 7720 worked fine, where the 6821 failed. Obviously a bad unit. I didn't use the 6821 until 18 days after the purchase and tried to return on day 20. Best Buy said "too bad". Not impressed. Canon was no help, so I'm stuck with it. Again, not impressed. Neither would refund or exchange. At least I can use the ink that came with the junk unit in my other Canon printer offsetting the wasted printer purchase. No company can acheive a 0% failure rate, I get that. This could be a one off looking at the reviews. Just run your's early and often to make sure you have a good one. Darren

The printer came as a bundle deal and I am very happy with it. It prints well and was very easy to hook up.

I love this printer soooo much! Canon is the only printer that comes with pre installed ink. It prints with prestige style. This is my 2nd printer because i gave my old one to my brother. When it comes to Canon products, you cant go wrong. Everything else is second hand!!

Easy setup. Wifi. I was replacing a Canon with this purchase. Noting wrong with old one, just didn't work with my different computer. I like that this one is smaller.

This was a replacement for same printer that I let the ink run out and it failed. The price was great at BB. Purchase replacement cartridges from Sophia Global.

This printer does what it's supposed to for casual use. It's very convenient being able to print from mobile devices and computers without drivers.
