Great quality printer for photos but slow to print especially if printing a paper for school.

this printer is amazing....i am so glad i spent the extra money and not bought the cheaper one. no problems. i would recomend the to everyone and the suppoart staff is great too

I have had no issues with this printer so far. Set up was easy and it has performed well. As others have said, it uses ink quickly but buying the XL ink cartridges helps lessen the frequency of replacement.

I wished the ink replacements weren't so high. Especially when you need to purchase individual colors separately. I feel this printer is costly. My last printer was a Kodak and did not have these high prices for ink.

This is a good product; however the wifi could be stronger. The last device I had could pick up my home wifi signal without issue. This device struggled until we moved it closer to the internet hardware.

had to call canon to install. didn't know you had to turn off my firewall. the quick menu that has the calenders is so so. I like the one that came with my Mg5530 better. the product it self is very nice.

The printer so for good....Have not used it all that much. Like that it lets you print on both sides of the page being printed. Also prints good pictures.....I also like the customer service for this product.....They are just a call away and are very kind and helpful in solving any issue that one may have with the printer..even in question on how to do certain things with it etc....

LOVE THE PRINTER WHEN IT IS CONNECTED TO NETWORK. SOME INSTRUCTIONS HARD TO FIGURE OUT ON LED. SCANNER DOES NOT WORK THAT GOOD. DOES PRINT GREAT PHOTOS!

Great printer for the price. Of course Best Buy matched the online price I brought in which made it an even better deal. Really vivid images being printed on CD's which was the main reason I bought the printer.

I like this unit, as it does a great printing job. The only draw-back was the set-up for wireless printing. The instructions are not real clear and it required a phone call to Apple support who were great to deal with and got me set-up in no time.

Rick was our the.person who helped us and he answered our questions and showed us about Microsoft 10. I would recommend him to anyone. He was not bother my us taking his time up and was just a great help.

This printer does all I want it to do and more. Love the wireless functionality. And it's ability to print on both sides of the paper with no help from me.

My daughter is in college and needed a printer that would make photographs, this works great and santisfied her needs at a great price as it was on sale.

After a couple phone calls to get the software set up this printer has worked well. I don't do a lot of printing but when I do this works great. I use scan feature a lot and it is easy to use.

We've owned Canon printers before and love their customer service. This model has all the features we were looking for and quality is very good.

It was easy to set up for my wireless device, more challenging for my old laptop but did get it accomplished. I like the two sided feature..

Good printer, nice color, looks good on my desk! Takes a while to warm up, once it does it works great!!

Works great for an all in one printer. I bought it to print pictures and it has been working well for that function. The scanning is quick which is much better than the HP it replaced.

My HP printer died. Went to Best Buy looking for a simple printer. I didn't need a scanner or fax. Didn't like simple ones because the print speed was too slow. This printer was on sale and I like having the photo copier. The photo print quality is outstanding. Speed of regular printing is fast enough for me. Only compliant I have is the small size of the paper tray.

I had some hard time setting it up but once I figured it out, it seems to be working as expected. I am not fully operating the printer just yet but hopefully it will worth the price.
