It was difficult to get it connected to the internet. Had to purchase a new wireless router to get it to connect. The templates are perfect for me because I am a teacher and also love the cd printing.

Needed a printer for pictures, easy to hook up, have used 2nd party cartridges with good success.

Easy to set up. Prints very clear and sharp photos. And very, very quiet.

This new printer is fast and easy to print copy's and pics so easy to use and the wireless connection is so fast

Printer was easy to install and use. The print quality is very good.

I had to get a new printer in a rush, school work not done lol. I did a lot of research before settling on this one. It has many great features and the one MUST HAVE was individual ink tanks. I do print a lot of photos, 4 X 6 up to 8 X 10's as well as transfers and magnets. I wanted a good photo printer without breaking the bank and this printer fit the bill PERFECTLY!!!

I don't really have any complaints. I gave it 4 stars because it isn't a crazy printer. Not sure if it has Bluetooth capabilities but I can't find it. Setting it up wasn't too difficult, I had to do it on 2 different computers through. Overall, the printer isn't bad. Its a little loud for my liking, being the size that it is. But hey, its convenient!

This printer has served us well so far. I was surprised at how nicely the pictures/photos print. The CD for help was tricky to find. It is actually stored under the printer. The only drawback is the pause before it starts printing, but nothing earth shattering. I also haven't figured out why it doesn't just turn on when I hit print instead of needing to hit the power on the printer. I really do like it overall and the price was reasonable!

Went into store for this buy as I hadn't bought a new printer for quite awhile. Looked at my choices, then got help from Best Buy associate. He asked me about my needs to help choose it. First time I've used a wireless one and it has been great. Also chose it to send pictures from my phone after taking a class on it and it is just right for my level of use.

It is easier to use than I thought it would be and I really enjoy taking pictures with it. They are very clear.

Ordered on line and Best Buy was great to deal with as always. and had the printer in hand in 3 days. (VERY HAPPY)

I wasn't sure about ordering this printer because my last Canon wireless air-print printer died at just over a year old. However, I went ahead and ordered this upgraded version of what I had previously. So far, after about 3 weeks of printing, everything is good. The color photos look great and the speed of printing is acceptable--not great, but okay. I like the touch screen controls. My biggest complaint is the cost of ink, but this is true of all printers!

This is my second Canon printer of this style. My previous MG7720 which was nearly identical to this model acquired a fatal error after about a year and a half of use. I don't think I got my money's worth out of it but that's life. When looking for a replacement I couldn't find any other printer (except Epson) with the individual color cartridges I desired. I got a good pre-Black Friday price at Best Buy. There are 3 things I'm not crazy about with either Canon printer though. One; these ink cartridges cost more than my other Canon. Two; sometimes they take an unbelievable amount of calibrating time before they will begin to print. Three; on standard printing, they will not print any closer than 1/4" around the borders of the paper. Probably could have more paper type selections also. I do like the capability of scanning a disc's label and printing right onto another disc. Have done that a dozen or so times. Pretty cool. Exceptional photo quality. A decent all around printer.

I choose the printer because it was the smallest one, it works great and was easy to hook up through Wi-Fi.

I was actually looking at other models, and other brands. The sales person was very thorough, and expertly answered questions I had about ink usage and which printers were more suited towards photo printing and everyday printing. He showed me several and I opted for this model, it was more than I was originally thinking of paying, but it was more than worth it. The printer performance exceeds expectations, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

Had multiple different HP printers for my wife to print out pictures and they ALL failed. So here we are with this Cannon and it has performed flawlessly for the last year or so.

Great look quick and easy functions make it very easy to get familiar with the printer crystal clear images come alive with the photo print feature and did i mention it looks great in white

Was easy to set up both for phone and PC Prints very good pictures I highly recommend this printer
