The only bad thing about this printer is the ink is expensive.

Print quality great, ink loads easily, the only problem I had was getting connected with my computer probably because it's a Mac. If you have a apple operating system you will have to go to the web site the disk included is only for Windows. Once connected everything was smooth.

I have not got the wifi connection established. I have to modify settings I am not familiar with

I purchased this printer mainly for printing nice quality photo's, which I think it does. Also is very fast for regular printing, only time will tell on ink usage. My only minor issue is with the instruction sheet could be more user friendly for setup but overall all I think it is good unit.

This is a great printer! I needed to be able to print pictures and documents fast and this printer solved that problem! The set up might be a little confusing but once the app is installed it's a breeze!!!

Printer has copy and scan functionality as well as photo printing and Air Print capabilities.

This printer was recommended by an associate at the Harrisburg, Pa store and she was right! It is the best printer for family use and printing photos. It does require a "gray" ink cartridge in addition to the usual colors, but it's worth the extra few dollars for the quality.

This printer does well for pictures which is what I was looking for as I print my scrapbook pages. I like the fact it uses several small color cartridges instead of the tri color large cartridge. I believe that is more cost-effective. Great printer for for price.

The software is really confusing at first to figure out how to use it. Haven't used it enough to form any real opinion but like the photo quality. Having trouble finding the ink locally; Office Depot, Walmart.

Very good printer grate photo printing BUT the key pad is not very good very hard to punch into.

We bought this printer because it was 1/2 price on the recent Black Friday price sale. We already have a previous model but this is an upgrade. This is the best printer we've had. Never jams up likes others & we have tried many brands over the years. Happy with the purchase.

The printer is wonderful. Prints from laptop, (both PC and Mac), iphones, samsungs, ipads, like a charm. My only wish is that I could scan to a flash drive. I have to scan to email, then when it creates the email on my laptop I copy to a flash drive.

I love the app to this printer and being able to connect through blue tooth.

The color photos are excellent for this printer. Scan quality is very good. Only down side is if you have multiple pages to scan there is no Auto feeder on this model. If you scan a lot of documents I recommend the model with the paper feeder on top.
