When I used the Wi-Fi with router had problems. When I used the Wi-Fi just between printer and my computer or phone, everything worked great.

Printer is dependable and fairly easy to set up for a non-techy person. Only downside is that message screen is difficult to read.

I was looking for a Wi-Fi printer for my home office and I had been eyeing this one for a while so I was very happy to see it go on sale. I ordered online and there was free shipping and most importantly the printer was delivered really quick.

Usually love Canon products, but this one was bad. Within first three weeks began jamming continuously and finally returned it for a replacement. Best Buy was great, no problem exchanging it.

The printer has value for the price, but is a little loud and consumes ink rather rapidly.

I bought this printer on sale a little before Christmas and it works great. Had it for two months with no issues and would recommend it.

Works great and does everything I need, however, after a few months the display became distorted. I can still read it but its not completely clear.

When buying a new printer, we took some time to compare the printer to others and the ink. This printer was a great deal and the ink was less expensive than other models. Once it was set up (which was pretty simple), it has worked well with no complaints.

Purchased for my MIL who is not tech savvy and after some googling for her, she was able to get it up and running easily.

I have had many printers throughout my computer usage and this one is one of the best ones I have had. I am glad I stopped into Best Buy when I was looking for a new one. I would recommend and rate this one very highly to everyone I know.

I have used Canon printers for years with great results and still use a different model today. This model though has some issues. It had connection problems and requires reinstalling it occasionally. It also suffers from lower quality prints and very high ink use for a Canon printer. It's very inexpensive if you just need a cheap printer for a project but remember that you get what you pay for.

The printer is very loud and goes off line often. However, the price was good for our printing needs.

This seems to be a good product for the price. However It is not too user friendly when trying to scan to a document and link to my PC.

It is a little tank of a machine that was fairly simple to connect to my network. It is touch "loud" when printing, but nothing unbearable.

Reliable printer that works well on wifi. My only gripe is that it's rather slow at printing out pages but for the price it's worth it.

My son had a problem turning it on, but once he got over that it was easy to connect to WIfi

Works great with Xfinity Voice... For large faxes I do about 15 pages a time... I have only used it for faxing which has been issue free...
