I did not get a chance to use this product since my original printer began working again. It was a wireless issue not hardware. I am confident it is a great product though because I am on an older picks model.

I already have the Printer. I loved it so much my Niece was needing a printer so I bought her one and she loves it!!!

I (we) don't do a lot of printing or have a need for photo quality prints so when my old HP finally stopped we looked for a fair priced printer that had simple two cartridge replacement ink. The Canon fit our needs.

We bought the printer not sure how to use it, but once we read the directions we love this printer. Got it for my daughter's first year in college.

Perfect printer. Download software from website first to your computer, phone, etc. Then use menu on printer for your settings. Afterwards run practice tests for fax, printer, scanner and scanner. Believe me, you will not be dissatisfied.

I buy printers frequently. The price of the printer itself is as much as purchasing new ink cartridges. I like the Canon line, as you typically only need 1 color and 1 black cartridge. Other brands require 4 cartridges, which annoys me.

this was to replace other printers that would die or not stay connected or not want to print in a timely fashion.. anyone who only buys wireless all in one know what I'm saying but i switched to Canon . same issues with laptop.. better results with my phone going to switch brands again.. there got to be a better all in one out there that doesn't cost an arm and a leg

I bought this and at first I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to connect, but that was user error. Since then I've had no problems with it.

Its a good All-In-One Printer. Pros: you got all you need from a printer - Cons: no LED/light for the menu screen (Hard to See).

I was told that this new printer came with ink cartridges that would produce 1200 unlike most new printers that come with beginner cartridges. I bought this for my classroom just to make master copies. I've made approx. 100-125 and it is indicating ink is low already. It was really the selling point over HP printers I usually purchase.

The printer does work, but is not very user friendly. Setting it up is not quick nor easy.

Recently relocated, took opportunity to replace printer...surprised to find such quality at the price...easy to set up and connect....

Caught this on sale ( $45 ) and it really does a fine job with the printing --never as fast I want it but as fast as expected.

The printer is great and I have had no issues besides the very slow printing. For the price you get what you pay for and some.

I just happened to find this on sale while I was buying other things. Price point was perfect. I needed a simple Bluetooth scanner copier. I don't want BS ...just a freaking copier. Set up was easy. I'm printing and moving on

It is a high quality product. My only complaint is that is very slow. My old Cannon printer was much faster.

Good printer, although cannon printers from my experience use a lot of ink! I would opt for xl cartridge instead of reg size.

The installation was super easy. Everything worked as expected. All other brands include partially filled ink tanks. Canon includes full tanks. This is the best all purpose multifunction printer for the price.

I needed a good scanner for a lot of older images I'm trying to save so I purchased this product in hopes of having a good outcome, meaning scanned pictures coming out nice and clear. I am happy with the results.

A bit more complicated to just copy something than my old printer, but to be fare I still am in the learning process!
