No help installing this or customer service assistance. Any manual online doesn't help if this is your first time installing a printer/fax .

Software wifi setup a pain.

Good traditional cable printer.

Only to become frustrated that the printer worked wirelessly on the first day of real use after setting it up. Thereafter the printer was slow to spool new wireless requests and I had to connect a sub cable to any device I used to get it to print. Not worth the money.
