Great printer! Love that it’s wifi. Scanner and copier works great. Have not had any problems with printer!

So far it's great. Needed​ to call CS for technical help to get it installed completely, but Cannon has ever best CS team ever.

Iam not able to use the printer right now since the printer does not connect to my internet wireless connection nor my laptop.. we tried contacting Canon customer care and unfortunately, they also did not have any resolution to this issue. I plan to return the printer.

Not as easy to set up as suggested. Noisy as it prints.

Came In handy at the perfect time. The scanner is my best friend. If you have a stack of paper to scan it’s not useful.

Great product once my daughter learned how to use it.

As an average 51 yr old user of tech, I found this thing way to difficult to set up - I've had it for 4 months and still haven't been able to set it up to fax or print from a smartphone. Not the least bit intuitive, but it prints from a hard wired CPU fine.

It was easy to install the printer to my computer. Have used it a couple of times and am pleased with the printer.

This printer will get the job done, but it's really loud and slow. I thought it would have automatic duplex printing as well, but you still need to manually feed the sheets back into it once it prints one side. It does have a relatively small footprint, though.

I got this printer after trading in my old laptop. I wish I had researched it more before buying it. It prints but gets jammed fairly easily. Also I've had a lot of issues with printing wirelessly. I ended up having to purchase UBS cord to print anything.

This replaced another Canon printer. I am just as satisfied with this one. Does every thing I need and takes up minimal space.

This is the best printer I ever had....brought three printers before this, this one by far is the best one....thanks canon

be careful when using windows 10 gives you problems

I recently had a major electricity short at home I thought the printer was gone but some how it didn't affected that was awesome

It’s a good printer, I don’t like that the screen doesn’t light up ( so it’s hard to read when it’s on the shelf). The program when scanning seems to have issues at times, other than that it’s a good printer, scanner and copier.
