Still haven’t gotten the fax to work. Instructions are not correct and still can’t make it do what I need. Find another printer not this one.

Unfortunately, I had to return the item because it would not read my devices. I had multiple people try to set it up for me but it just did not work. Other than that I looked like a nice all in one.

its very hard to get it recognized by my pc or anything else wireless ive tried for hours and have an error code and have to call in...not very user friendly to install or use evidently

This printer makes a lot of clicking noises before beginning. Also it does not always pick up the paper. The screen is hard to see. I would pay more for a better quality if I had it to do over.

If you only print occasionally (i.e.1 -2sheets per month) this worth it. Otherwise its noisy w/ software error happening 18mos post purchase. YOu get what you pay for

I had to return this printer because WiFi connected initially then disappeared, disconnected & was never able to connect again. It was way too complicated to set up and the screen with no light was very frustrating. After a long day of messing around with it I decided it was just not my friend. Luckily, my old simple, efficient and user-friendly printer began working again! (I guess she's my friend). :D

Unreliable AP router operation for wireless printing from a laptop. Having multiple Canon printers using different connection modes confused the canon printing software.

It's very slow at printing. I keep trying to fax it says waiting for response. I cancel unplug and plug it back in and try again but nothing happened. I wish I could send it back.

Since the day I bought this thing it was nothing but problems. Constantly on the phone with Canon for "updates" to fix glitches. Number 1 issue: Whenever print PDF directly from the internet there is an error. I'd have to go through a million steps to fix it EVERY TIME. Or to by pass this I have to download the PDF to my comp first then print it (these are documents that are massive in size that I'd rather not load onto my comp).

Bought this for my daughter’s freshman year at college. Used Canon pixma for years and for the life of me couldn’t get air print to work, very disappointed!

The network connection does not stay on. Ive had to reset the connection each time I try to use it. The display reads" please wait a minute" when I try to use any of the functions

The sales guy LIED TO ME! SAID IT WAS MUCH EASIER TO INSTALL THAN THE HP I ALREADY HAD. IF I KNOWN BETTER I WOULD OF STAYED WITH THE ONE I ALREADY HAD!!

It is very difficult to set up, it is a trial every time you have to print something off your phone. Cheaply made and does not w oh tk as advertised.

Received printer date promised Did not get it set up right away I t will print plugged into computer but not wireless which elimates phone as well

Don't understand why they would allow only alpha (lower case) for wifi pass phrases. No Ethernet or USB port on printer either. Common Canon get with the program.

The wireless is not working with my HP All in one. I had to use a cable, but even with a cable I needed to install and uninstall the drivers several times.

Very Volital... The trons in this Box are Very Cheap!!! Hoisting it as High as my Strong 60 year ole frame will Allow me(RiGHT iN Front of the BesBuy Greeter!) And then jus Peacefully walkin away... Would of Satisfied the waisted $70 Theft Experience from dis Elustrius Store... ! Instead, It went in my Recycle Bin... Only to find A New Circle of Death... Which one of You Wil Heed my Truth!?!? :) What a Disaster ~

Printer requires separate app once installed unable to download / save docs on my cloud drive. I'm using the Printer only with desktop

I didn’t care for this printer primarily because it always had to be reset whenever I wanted to use it. It was not dependable.

this printer has worked on and off since i purchased it, codes that don't apply will cause this machine not to work. A paper jam will cause the printer to print crooked, whatever you do get a warranty i didn't and I'm sorry
