Wireless print features require additional app and freezes when attempting to print more than one pic. Also LCD screen is non readable when put into darker location. Needs additional light source in order to read non backlit Black LCD display. Returned and just bought new ink for my HP printer without the wireless option. Worked much better.

Not too expensive but broke easily. Glad that I got the extended warranty on this one .

PIXMA MX492. Display is too small for starters. Too hard to set up and program with either the wireless and/or hard wired install. Wasted a lot of hours from my life with this unit as this is not actually a "Plug & Play" unit as stated on purchase.

setup is not simple at all - key pad not user friendly.

Would not connect to my internet.Had to return store,exchange went very smoothly.

This is not a good printer it a terrible !!! Would not recommend to anyone it is so hard to get it to link to the internet the printing quality is terrible it does not print double-sided and everything is very flimsy on this it's easily broken.

Not happy with the printer. Some sale items are to go to be true. Worst printer. Unable to print from printer. Have not bought a printer in a will but notice the materials printers are made from are very poor quality. In the End return printer. Still looking.

It copies when it want to copy. Had to call company three times.

Canon Tech support wanted the password to my network to resolve hardware problem. Geek squad told me to return to store and get another brand

Did not always connect to smartphones with wireless connection

The salesperson said this was easy to set up at home and easy to acces on our home network. Far from the truth. I’ve dealt with computers and printers since the 90’s and the AirPrint on this was the worse. I’m sticking to HP.

The paper jams alot, not easy to assemble,would not buy again.

Too hard to hook up...I bit the bullet and forked out the exorbitant price for new ink cartridges for my old printer instead of racking my brain trying to hook up this new printer. Why does the ink cost so much???

This printer lasted about a year before I had enough and bought a new one. We had problems with this printer from the first few weeks we owned it. Paper jams were frequent. Problems sending faxes were common. In retrospect I should have returned it with the first problem.

This printer worked great for the first 50 pages and then all I got was nothing but error messages. Error code 6000 to 3400

It was almost impossible to get connected to my devices for blue tooth printing. I couldn't get it to my laptop at all and I tried several different ways and contacted the tech help. I used it with the usb cord for about 2 months and it stopped pulling paper into the feed at all.

We have had this printer for a little under three months. It is having an alignment issue and aside from taking out the cartridges and replacing them with a hope and a prayer, it is a piece of junk. Save yourself time and DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.
