I think I may have have to Exchange OR ask for Refund

Owned this printer for 3 days. After printing about 8 documents, the printer went haywire. Totally garbled printing. Followed all the rules and guidelines to reset it without success. Returned printer back to Best Buy. Got an Epson and has worked great.

what a bad product i would return but hurt my foot

I hate this printer!!!!! It is incredibly user unfriendly, and when I can actually get it to PRINT, it tells me I have the wrong paper, wrong setting, etc, etc!!!!

This printer NEVER worked when I initially tried to take it back to crest wood location to exchange it and i was told it was too late even tho Im still under warranty to this date !!!! I was so infuriated I donated it WORSE PURCHASE EVER

I bought this printer for my grandmother. It replaced a wireless hp she used for printing from her iPhone (yep--my grandma is awesome). It is very easy to use and printing is a breeze. Great price and fax option is a plus.

I purchased this printer to use with a Mac and HP. It constantly had to be reconnected to the internet despite me just connecting between each printing job. Finally had to take it back..

This is a pretty standard printer, although I am not really impressed with any of the features. They are all mostly "there" but they just kind of suck in comparison to printers I have used in the past. I had need of a small all-in-one printer and while this one doesn't take up a lot of desk space, it is somewhat inconvenient to use. The main pro of this printer is the rock bottom price and the small desktop footprint. The print quality seems to be pretty decent too. There are some cons that made me wish that I had spent some more on a nicer printer though: In order to scan, you have to use the proprietary software, otherwise it doesn't seem to be able to "find" your computer on the network. This software is obnoxious and the default setting is to start with your computer, which can slow down your startup. While you can disable that, you will have to start the software before you can scan anything, which is annoying. It does not do automatic 2-sided printing, either. You have to manually reinsert the print job in the correct orientation to print on the opposite side, which is very old-school and inconvenient. Also, the interface on the printer, while functional, is really clunky and unpleasant to use. I kind of regret being so cheap and buying this printer instead of a higher quality one. I don't think I would recommend this printer even if you only use it very rarely. It will make every time you DO use it extremely unpleasant.

This printer was too frustrating. Sometimes it worked wirelessly and most the time wouldn’t. It was too difficult to connect and print to so ended up replacing it after a few months.

As far as print quality it is just ok. Not great as a all in one. Still cannot figure out how to scan to PC . Setup was also extremely difficult to do.

I haven't really had the best of luck with this printer, I bought it for a scanner and fax mostly and it doesn't work with chrome books, and my other laptop is a little older and still couldn't connect.

I have had previous a previous canon all in one. this one is so complicated. I have 3 hp's at work and the scan screen pops up you can go to print fax edit. this thing is terrible. i just may return it

The ink cartridge was very poor. I used for only little number of times(15-20 papers) but the cartridge was over. The printer was in good quality but the when it comes to the ink cartridge I was not satisfied.

After a year of very minimal use, the printer stopped working. It would not turn on. Since I printed no more than 100 pages in the time owned, this wasnt good.

This machine kept grabbing extra sheets of paper then claiming a paper jam. Also cried low on ink nearly immediately....needless to say I returned to the store and will purchase a better one.

Every single time I use the printer after it has been turned off, I have to reprogram the internet connection. This process is tedious and takes forever. There is no way I would recommend this printer.

I had a very difficult time trying to install this printer. I tried 3 times and it would not install properly and I had to return it and go with HP. HP installed in 3 minutes, no Canon for me.

Very difficult to connect -- and stay connected to iPhones and iPads. Even more difficult to wirelessly connect -- and stay connected -- to an iMac.

Wouldn't connect with Dell desk top. Even with help from 3 visits to Best Buy and Canon. Returned it for an Epson. No problems.

You get what you pay for printer was working great for the first 3 months all of a sudden it won’t turn on and now I can’t exchange it stay away from this printer
