The printer is horrible stay away The planter it won’t even plant even if there’s paper I have put so many pieces of paper and it would not print stay away from it

This machine does not operate as wireless. It won’t print. It will say looking for device. You have to plug it in to print and scan

Constantly loses wireless connection to my lapop, making me have to attempt to re-connect, only for me to have to connect via USB to be able to print anything.

No booklet with printer, have to call for support or try to figure out simple things that are complicated combinations like a formula just to receive fax, send fax, cheaply made

WiFi does not work, poor print quality, my printer has stopped working with a week of use. consumes a lot of ink. I trashed this junk for an excellent hp6978

Error messages from the start. It was sold as brand new. Best Buy would not help me unless I paid for Geek service. So I returned it and got my money back.

I wouldn’t purchase this again. Had to return because every time you would turn the printer on you would have to reconnect it. Very annoying

I was able to print three items. None were actually aligned. Now an error message appears and the print is not clear at all. I am returning this item.

The printer is really slow and makes a loud noise when printing. Also it keeps getting disconnected from My wifi. Also needs the wifi box right next to it to connect

I had read good review on this printer. When I first tried to set it up it kept jamming paper. After several attempts I decided to return it the next day.

I would not recommend this item as a long-term printer. I only paid 40 dollars it's not too bad but i trust Canon and this item disappointed me

Terrible printer to say the least, i had not gotten a chance to return,but i bought 2 of them, 1 was returned for another, same issue

This has been back to the store twice and I still have not gotten one page printed. Currently am no where near a Best Buy so I can do nothing about it.

Their printer was unreliable early on and I should have recognized that when it failed to print properly the warranty had expired

Difficult to set up and use. No manual, so you have to stop and go online and try to troubleshoot or learn how to use the printer/scanner/fax/copy

For a Moderate User of a Printer, Such as printing shopping lists, coupons, invitations, photos, documents etc, This is a Fantastic Printer! Its price is hard to beat, and the support centers are in the USA incase you ever have any trouble. I would certainly recommend this printer if intact you would use it for any of these purposes.

Very cheap. First one I received broke right away. This one just as cheap. Spend the extra money to get a better one

quit feeding paper a few days into using sounded like you were running a wood chipper

Uses so much ink. Fax machine works when it feels like it. Regerts

The paper feeder did not pick up and when it did it jammed. Could not get through the installation program.
