Great quality printing but the ink does NOT last long like all the other ink printers. Wouldn't recommend it if you want to print larger volumes of documents.

Pros - Cheaper than other models - Gets connected faster to WIFI Cons - The scan cover is very low cost made. Feels like it can break and come off n minute. Makes weird sounds like something is going to break while scanning. - Take long to switch off, literally need to keep pressing for more than 15 seconds for it to go OFF. - Picture quality on scanning not very great.

Prints OK but gobbles up ink. On top of it it wants me to install new color ink which I dont use. Just put a b&w cartridge and tried all kinds of ways to run the machine on b7w only to no avail. Cannon customer service is no help either.

Not very user friendly for faxing. I have had several failed faxes and it is frustrating.

The front door broke off the 1st day and about 3 weeks later constant paper jam. This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever bought. I expected more from Cannon. I guess you get what you pay for. Will be buying a different printer

I was really excited to get this printer. From a physical standpoint, it seemed much higher quality than others made by HP for about the same price. The setup for this printer turned excitement into frustration. First, it wanted me to "push a button" on my router in order to connect to the network. No such "button" exists. So, I went to Plan B which the directions said would be easy. Not so. First the documented steps do not match what appears on the screen. Second, it seems to have caveats that make it incompatible with Mac OS devices (MacBook Air in my case.) After 2 hours of trying everything I could (except a hard wired USB cable connection which was not acceptable long term) I put the thing back in the box and returned it. Best Buy was great about the return, and I will probably go back and buy a higher end HP, but this Canon is not user-friendly and not robust for general use.

After using my printer for about 9 months. The power will not turn on. I have checked the outlet to make sure it is working. I plugged it in and let it sit unplugged and try to replug it back on. No luck.

One paper jam after two month and it never worked again. Gives a code 1203 and theirs no jam, forty dollars in the trash, totally junk.

After following the relatively detailed setup instructions, the last step was connecting the printer to the computer. The printer could not be recognized whether by wireless connection, wired internet connection, or USB. I have no idea if the printer works at all. Overall, I spent several hours trying and retrying different connections. It was a complete waste of time. I will be returning this printer.

This printer is the worst printer ever. There is nothing good about it. It takes a long time to print and it never stays connected to the wifi. Even hard wired through the USB port I continue to get "communication error 300." DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.

worst printer I had. Never connects wirelessly like it should so hours and hours I spend trying to figure out the problem rather than working and being productive. Finally I had it one day and dumped in the trash. Do Not Buy a Headache!!!

I spent 50 minutes attempting to setup the printer and connect it to my device wirelessly. The printer is connecting to the wifi (after a few tries), but my device is unable to find the printer. At this point, I am too far in the process to setup the printer from another device, but this device cannot detect the printer. So, I am completely unable to setup my printer to print wirelessly.

Not the best 3 in one machine, but adeqate. Must turn off machine in order for phone to work. Annoying

When I opened this printer I was surprised at the flimsy cheap plastic housing. The printer printed (with a great deal of clatter) all of four pages and then quit. I spent over an hour on the phone with Connetech trying to get this machine to connect again and had absolutely no luck. A piece of junk!

This printer got damaged months even without using.

ran the connection setup 10 times finely it connected entered paraphrase it stated wrong paraphrase. screen still displayed old paraphrase pushed setup button again over and over wouldn't connect returning tomorrow
