Following the instructions to the letter, I installed the ink cartridges and added paper before even trying to connect to my Wi-Fi service. This was a waste of time. I tried numerous times, over the course of an hour, to connect to my Wi-Fi. I called my Wi-Fi company's tech support, who told me the instructions for the printer were incompatible with my Wi-Fi box (the one they supply). Over the years, I've connected many devices to this particular Wi-Fi service and box without any problems. The Wi-Fi service I have is a very popular one in this area. Since there were no alternative instructions for me to try--such as being able to enter the Wi-Fi's password--the printer and I had reached an impasse. I returned it. Other than that, it seemed like a fairly nice printer for how inexpensive it is, but who knows? It might be perfectly compatible with your Wi-Fi; and you might not have any problems. Best Buy has a good return policy, so it wasn't a big deal.

Printer was easy to connect to my wireless network. Included Software is good. Photo printing quality is excellent. As usual, Canon makes great products. I also have a MX410 for a long time and it still works great!

a little hard to installed but price is good and you don't have to use all colors if you are using black and white

Bestbuy matched their online price for the printer, it's a great printer for the price. Printer ink cost more than this printer which comes with ink. Actually, the ink this printer is one of the least expensive. We needed a basic printer to print out homework and coupons. This fit the bill.

If you're looking for an amazing printer, this is not the one. But if you're looking for a good affordable printer for basic printing this is the one you want. Print quality is okay, not amazing but good enough, it is a little loud, but oh well it's just a printer, it does the job, and it's a great buy!

It's great that you can print from any room in your the house you don't need to have the laptop hooked up to the printer and you can print by using your phone too. This was a great purchase.

I purchased this printer because I needed something that would print, scan and fax. This all-in-one fits the bill. Nothing too flashy, just does the job and for a great value. I recommend it.

All in all a great printer but the setup isn't all too user friendly.

Easy to setup, easy to use. Wirelessly printing from phone, tablet and computer are a snap. Colors are bright. Printing is crisp. Canon makes quality printers and this one is no exception.

This is our first Canon printer after going through several HP's. It's a nice compact size and looks nice. The print on paper looks great, the only problems I've had lately seem to be that it says there is a paper jam and when I look there doesn't seem to be one. Other then that, no major problems!

Multiple computers can use this printer through wireless connection.

Great printer if your headed to college. Pretty easy setup, cheap ink, doesnt take up too much space either.

This is a good printer with a strong Wi-Fi connection but a little noisier than I would like.

I was honestly sceptical due to the price point, but after reading a few dozen reviews, I decided for what I need, it was worth a shot. I've only printed so far, (no scanning, faxing, or copying) and I've only printed about 50 pages or so, all wireless, but it's been great. Set up and connecting to WiFi for 'air printing' took maybe 5 mins, and has worked well every time I've used it. I obviously can't speak on longevity, yet, but so far, so good!

Was looking for an affordable all in one printer. This not only affordable but easy to set up and use.

I wasn’t sure about printers but a Best Buy associate explained to me it was one of the best I always thought the most expensive would be better but this one works just fine it has a scanner it can print from your phone also it prints quick it’s very easy to use

This is a very acceptable printer for the money. It does everything I need and was cheap!

Works great for my needs. I have used the scanning, copying and printing functions and all work great!
