Good basic wireless printer. I purchased this one so it could fit in a cabinet in my office (narrower than other comparable models so I could hide wires). It makes for a clean look in the space. Functionality seems to be pretty good. Connecting wirelessly wasn't too difficult.

this is a good printer for someone that only needs one once in a while.i'm happy with it.

I purchased my Canon Pixma MX492 during an online Flash sale and Was SO glad I did! I love the product and now I can print on a reliable printer and not have to forward everything to my work email.

All in one printer is a great printer. I have had no trouble with it since I started using it. Not being a techie, it took me a little while to set it up but it was easy enough. Printer works fine. Any questions I have, I can go to the "how to" and it clearly tells what to do. The price was right also, on sale at Best Buy. I bought a protection service just in case. This cannon printer got a good review overall. That helped to make the decision.

i purchased this product because my present printer was not working. The price was what attracted me and i definitely got what i paid for. this printer is bit noisy in comparison to others. the WIFI capability does not work with my MacBook air after numerous tries and system updates, however, i can print wirelessly from my phone.

This was my first Mac product. Easier to use than a PC and more protected than a PC. Would recommend

Easy setup, and easy to use. Needed a wireless printer that didn't kill my budget, very happy with it.

I needed an all-in-one printer, scanner, copier real quick and went down to Best Buy to see what they were offering. I initially bought a Canon all-in-one but had a heck of a time setting it up and getting it to work with my Mac (I bought the Canon because the machine that this purchase was replacing was also a Canon and I didn't want to have to relearn a new scanning process.) I was also not able to physically setup the Canon unit because there was an orange piece of tape that is applied at the factory to keep certain parts from moving during shipment. I went back to Best Buy and told the Canon representative about my issues and she had no idea what I was talking about. Anyway, I returned the Canon unit and purchased the Epson unit. The setup with drivers, ink cartridges and everything else went really well. I was able to scan and print that night and have been happy since. Print quality and speed are great. Highly recommend unit.

This is a great printer for anyone! I mostly use this for everyday printing tasks and grad school. I love how easy the setup was and I can wirelessly print from my phone, tablet and laptop! Doesn't use a lot of ink like other printers too. Would definitely purchase this printer again! Super fast!

I bought this as an inexpensive printer for my kids to use with homework. It's a great printer for the money. My wife and kids all have Apple devices, and this printer was able to work directly with those as well. So it's been real helpful in allowing them to print pics, emails, etc. that they only have on their phones. Didn't require any extra software.

Canon made this very simple to setup and use. The app required is straightforward.

The price, on sale, was exceptional. The initial ink cartridges lasted much longer than I expected. They were easy to change. The unit is feature-packed for it's small size.

I picked up this for 60 bucks. It's great for light printing. I wish the ink carts were separate.

I really wanted to keep this printer but returned because it cannot do automatic (manual flipping paper) double-sided printing. If that's not a concern, I'd recommend this because it has many good feature. One other shortcoming is this printer uses a single multi-color cartridge. Also, Best Buys price guarantee worked flawlessly in the store.
