A little difficult to connect wirelessly to my Chromebook. Called customer service and got technical help very quickly. They walked me thru connecting the printer to my network in short order and it worked great. Nice printer with many features for the money.

We have not had any problems so far. The neatest feature is being able to print wirelessly from anywhere in the house. It was a bit tricky to set up the wireless feature, but once we got it, it worked perfectly.

Bought this printer after buying a HP printer and had some issues with it. This Canon printer was about the same price and works great! The printer has all the functions you need and is economical with ink usage. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this product because, it is easy to use and works great.

The main reason i bought this was because the printhead is part of the cartridge. I often go many months without printing and often spend many hours and wasted cartridges trying to clean and unclog printheads. The last time it only made the clog worse so i finally got fed up and wound up getting this one. Cartridges cost a little more but a new printhead with every ink replacement is well worth it for those that print as rarely as i do. Wireless setup can get a bit confusing but i figured it out. Haven't used up any ink yet so not sure how long they last.

overall good buy. I dont think that I am going to sit here and type out over 50 more letters

I broke a part on my Canon MX 432 on a Sunday night in the midst of processing a large project. I could not find that same printer quickly so chose to substitute the MX492 and pick up in the store immediately. This is not the same quality or speed as the MX432, but it does have a single cartridge for the color which was a pre-requisite. The best part was the price. So far so good...it's been a couple of months.

Printer works great. Setting it up was problematic on a Mac. Requires download from website and certainly not intuitive.

Printer is easy to set up and use. The printer has a number of options that I am enjoying.

This inexpensive device does it all (printing, copying, faxing, and scanning). Additionally, it does all these functions very well. The installation and setup are very easy and the wireless attachment was easy. So, this device is a winner.
