Guy at best buy recommended i get the ex warr for 10$.Did so brought the old one back installed new one no problems. Customer service help on phone was in U.S in english. fast service .

The sales associate was awesome we haven't even replaced the ink yet it's like it is endless. It's nice and prints smooth. Easy to use great for the value.

I wanted a scanner that can can scan multiple documents and this all in one does it pretty nice.
