It does what it needs to do and the response time on wireless printing is decent. I appreciate being able to feed multiple pages into the copier at once and that was a major draw for purchasing it. It does seem to consume large amounts of ink even when buying the XL cartridges, and I wish there was an option to print double sided so bumped it down to 4 stars for that.

Unboxed it, plugged it in and hooked it up first with a USB cable to setup the wireless and POOF....Done. Now will print wirelessly with ease. Great quality too.

This is a nice copier for the money. It was a ridiculous getting set up but once it was set up it worked great and we are glad we bought it.

Works perfectly for what I needed it for. I haven't tried to fax yet but the wireless printing is great. It doesn't take up a lot of space and set up was easy

For limited printing needs, it does the job. Plus, the delivered to door prices was hard to beat. Excellent buy for home use, if printing needs are limited.

So far it works fine. Our old Epson died and the MX492 works a little different ie. printing both sides of the paper and multiple pages. Otherwise we're happy.

This printer was super easy to set up and use. We can print from any of our devices anywhere in the house. We love it!

I've used this several times for faxing/copying and does a wonderful job! Can use it from my laptop and phone while connected to home wifi.

Glad I made the decision purchase this all-in-one printer. Prints well over wireless network. Scans and copies with good quality. Great producxt.

Just wanted a cheap printer for a vacation home so not something that will be used a lot. For the price this looked to be the best in the range and having used it a couple of times the quality is good and printing is perfectly acceptable. Whilst it is wireless at the time we didn't have the wi-fi set up in the home so had to buy a lead which was nearly as much as the printer!!

good little printer for a reasonable price. the only thing I don't like is that the screen is small and not lit for use in a dark space.

This was purchased as my last canon died (pixma MX 452) and canon wouldn't cover it under warrenty. So far after changing the black ink after that the printer locked me out of the black and would only print using the red from the color cart. so after a web search this is an apparent problem with line of pixma printer. so i guess every time i have to chang3e the black cart i have to uninstall and re install all of the software and drivers. ...really conveinient

Good functionality for price. LCD display window and buttons on unit for different functions simple to use. Setup takes a few minutes.

This is my receipt printer for work, but it does pretty fine photos also. I use it quite a bit in everyday printing. It is fairly fast and easy to operate.

Good basic printer. I like the wifi feature, easy to set up. Ink cartridges aren’t terribly expensive. Print speed is fine for home use but would probably be too slow if you print a lot. Love being able to print directly from my iPhone too

All printers lately work well give or take. This one for the money works excellent ...fast printing, easy set up ...consistent quality

As a business major it's great for the 15+ page reports that include pie charts, flow charts, and excel spreadsheets. Wifi comparability makes printing from my Mac, Canon and IPhone a breeze plus the quality of the photos is awesome for an entry level printer..
