I like the case. It Protects the phone but case gets dirty looking.

Quick setup and easy to use. Love the wireless feature.

We needed to replace our old printer and didn't want to spend alot. This was one of the least expensive models. The pros are it's wireless and inexpensive, the cons it's loud.

I don't have a problem with it so far it doing what I need it to do

Partner and I both had difficulty getting the printer to consistently work with the Bluetooth feature when printing from our laptops. Did a lot of troubleshooting and finally gave up and returned it. Had this same issue with another printer. Just use a USB cord now.

We don't print alot so didn't need a high end printer but this prints, faxes and scans great. I would recommend for people on a budget.

I have two other Canon printers that I love. This one, not so much. The menu is awful to navigate and I had a really hard time with the scan feature. My other Canon's were much easier, I should have spent a little more. The cheaper price wasn't worth the aggravation.

Great quality printer for both black and white and color printing. Scanner software that came with printer wouldn't work with my printer, had to search online for scanner software that would work for me.

Works well tho usually have to reboot before printing

Our old Canon all-in-one printer served us well, but finally gave out. We shopped on line and realized we could purchase an affordable Canon wireless printer. Best Buy had the best price (as usual), so we took a quick trip down to Palm Desert and bought this one. Works great and we are very happy with it. Got terrific service from Canon with the set up too.

Easy to set up. Excellent value for every day use.

The only frustration I have was that it took quite some time to set up, I needed to call for help, and they were unable to help me with the faxing capability which is still not set up. But I like it, fast And clean copies.

Great printer for minimal printing. For the price it fits my needs, low volume printing, I print a maximum of 10 pieces of paper a week. Hence the ink cartridge cost is reasonable for the convenience of printing at home.

The MX492 was recommended by a Best Buy employee after I was not sure of what to select. So far so good. Works as expected . Prints wireless as expected and picture quality is exceptional for the price.
