    Simple to use but no instructions come with this. You have to figure it out on your own. No help installing this or customer service assistance. Any manual online doesn't help if this is your first time installing a printer/fax .

    I have been using it for a month and have scanned and printed multiple times with no issues at all. The set up to wifi was a challenge at first but once its set there are no issues and easy to use.

    I got this thankful I would have limited numbers of cables to connect. Only to become frustrated that the printer worked wirelessly on the first day of real use after setting it up. Thereafter the printer was slow to spool new wireless requests and I had to connect a sub cable to any device I used to get it to print. Not worth the money.
