Like every thing about this model except the deletion of the rear paper tray which was great thanks for envelopes. Now you have to remove the main paper tray to print enveoples. Clumbsy

Canon has wonderful support people to walk you through set up or other issues.

This Canon printer is perfect for medium to light printing, and great for printing photos, This printer will last a long time, this printer replace my older MX922. My old one lasted about 7 years, with me printing a lot!!

Excellent print quality. The scanner works flawlessly and fast. Auto duplex printing is great, especially if you had to do it manually in the past. It's a larger printer though, so make sure you have enough sure you have enough space for it.

A friend had this printer and said it was the best. She was a photographer and used it to print her pictures. They were very professional looking so I decided that's the one I wanted. It works great and completely satisfies my needs.

Printer works great so far. Doesn't seem to use as much ink as my old Lexmark.

This all-in-one printer is large. But it set up easily on my home system. I have comcast internet. Set up was easy and after just a few directions, I was printing with no problem.

EASY TO OPERATE. NO PROBLEMS TO RUN VARIOUS FUNCTIONS. THE OBVIOUS DRAWBACK IS THE LACK OF CAPABILITY TO RECEIVE FAX. I AM STILL ON THE ORIGINAL CARTRIDGES AFTER PRINTING 50 - 8.5X11 COLOR RPINTS.

I bought this instead of an HP. I hope to get more than 2 to 3 yrs out of this. Works great. The desk top icons are a bit much but after you get use to them it's easy.

I have no complaints about this printer. I use it for school and work and it works great. I can't speak to its photo printing abilities yet but for my document-based needs this printer is great. Setup was easy and I've had no problems.

Have had my frustrations with this printer in tht it takes a long time between hitting print and getting product. Like that I can print from I pad, phone, etc. and that it collates my documents.

I bought this to replace my Dell printer. It is a great printer.

We are very happy with the printer and the features are easy to access and use.

i like the printer b/c it has separate black ink to use with color and makes good prints and copies in black. i dont need the fax feature but got it any way to get the other good stuff. This is supposed to do great color photo prints.

my hp printer died recently and I thought that I would try this cannon printer. the last cannon I had jammed constantly. photo quality is very good. it just seems slow printing

I love the way it makes multiple copies. Picture quality is great. Had Canon printers in the past and will continue to have them

It works great and efficiently. I would love to use it as my super machine.
