So I purchased this printer because I wanted something smaller. Sadly, I didn't know it cannot scan paper, only print. If you're constantly traveling and need something that just prints, then I highly recommend this product because it works well and it saves on space. I would not recommend if you ever need to scan paper/pictures, though. You will have to take pictures on your phone, send them to your computer or directly print them off your phone. Besides not being able to print, it is a great printer and I still highly recommend.

Portable compact printer designed for people on the go! Recommend getting the battery pack (LK-72, costs $99) if you want it to be truly portable. Set-up was a breeze, took me less than 5 minutes to get it connected to my home Wi-Fi (5 GHz) and was able to print my first doc as soon as the set-up was complete. It took me a bit to figure out how to switch networks from home Wi-Fi to my Verizon MiFi hot spot and to configure it to a "wireless direct" print option. All the magic happens when you select the "settings" icon that is displayed on the LCD screen, which wasn't quite obvious the first time I looked at the screen as I kept searching the app for settings option. It goes without saying "when everything else fails, read the manual". The online printer manual link on the canon app came in handy for instructions on how to configure, change settings, connect to cloud, etc. I was able to print documents off of my IPAD (over Wi-Fi), smart phone (Wi-Fi), and PC (via google cloud printer) with all the devices connected to my Verizon WiFi hot spot. I saw couple custom template options on the settings and haven't explored those yet, but I see them coming handy to print custom forms on the go. Haven't tried the USB option to connect the printer directly to the PC, but might be good option when you are not connected to the internet. I noticed the printer does consume quite a bit of ink when you choose high quality prints so be ready to shell out ~$40 for replacement cartridges. Overall, I like this printer and it is compact and portable even though it's a bit pricey for a portable printer, but definitely avoids the misery of running around to find a printer or begging someone else to get you copy of your presentation when you are on the move.

We replaced an Epson for this printer. The set up was easy to follow. We love that the printer is compact. It's stored on a shelf on our compact desk and we can easily turn it on to print. The finished product of the printed items look great.

Perfect size for travel. Printed a photo - it was crisp and beautiful. Works well as a wireless printer.

I've always thought printers were eyesores and refused to have one in my home! I even inconvenienced friends and family when I needed return labels printed, but there was no way I was going to let a rarely used monstrosity disturb my feng shui! Then came my discovery of the Canon Pixma TR150. It's small, mighty and can be stored in a drawer or inconspicuously left on a bookshelf! The colors aren't that bright or vivid, but it gets the job done and is great for printing documents and return labels. I have yet to try and print photos, but I'm still someone who likes to leave that to the professionals. Be sure to try and buy it when it's on sale and under $200.

Great little printer! Connected to wifi and Bluetooth on my iPhone easily and when jobs are sent, prints pages really quickly. Also very compact and folds up when not in use. Only issues were that the connection to my MacBook wasn’t seamless and sometimes the canon printer doesn’t immediately show up in my printer list. Probably wouldn’t pay full price but I got it on sale at BB so was worthwhile!

Great printer, waited a while before reviewing. Compact, easy connection, easy use, quality print. Has not failed me to this day. Very impressed, would recommend

This printer was just what I need to be able to print documents while traveling. Easy to understand, and follow setup instructions . Good print quality.

I bought this for a special project I was managing. The small footprint of the device made for easy transport, and I was impressed by the easy setup. Good product.

Nice family printer, easy to use and purchase this one before! I have bought this for a gift for someone before also with teens in the family and the quality is there.

While the color and font precision aren't the sharpest, the main purpose of this model (to me at least) is the compact size and portability. I work a lot of contract jobs so I'm always moving around, and this model fits in my computer bag and can follow me anywhere. Likewise, I seldom have large print jobs to complete so I'm fine with the ink capacity.

I have to say that the size of the printer is perfect but the only thing which I probably fail to read was it’s not self powered by a battery, would of loved it even more if it had a battery attached to it.

Fantastic produce when you need a dependable, compact designed mobile color printer. The product becomes more convenient if purchasing with the battery that becomes phone charger in emergencies.

Was easy to set up and get it started. Was also easy to set up my second computer for the wireless to it. It is small and compact which is what I liked for the space that I put in. Still need to set it up for my Ipad but I assume it will be just as easy.

Great printer that does both color and black & white. Compact in size so it doesn't take up too much room. Easy to set up with both computer and smartphone.

Works great! easy to set up -- and most important -- small compact and mobile. I would recommend this to those of you that need a small printer for small printing needs. Keep in mind that this small printer is NOT FOR HIGH PRINTING VOLUME NEEDS. You will have to buy a bigger printer for that.

I've owned Canon IP90 and IP100 printers that are the predecessors of the TR150 and have been very happy with them. They're small enough to take on business trips and have been very reliable. So far, the TR150 has lived up to its predecessors.
