Many appreciate its wireless capabilities and lightweight design, making it convenient for various uses. Quality Prints. Compact and Portable.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect with this printer. How small, really? Portable? Print quality? Easy to use? Would some things suffer to get into a small footprint? In a word, no. Performance has been great, and it is as compact and portable as I had hoped. It comes measuring 12.7 X 7.3 X 2.6 inches and 4.5 pounds. You can definitely carry it in a tech bag if needed or in some other manner if you need to take it somewhere to print while out on the go. It comes with a power brick (an added battery runs $99), so you are sort of tethered, but I have some external USB batteries that powered it fine and I think is a great option for everyone. Really though, the rated prints per charge is so high, I doubt it will really ever be an issue. Setup is a simple process, and I had no issues. Once up, printing is also easy, and you can just about print from any device (wired or wireless, most standards are covered) and any OS. Print quality, in both black and white and color is fantastic. Crisp, bright, and accurate. It is also quite quick. Not blazing laser printer speeds, but fast enough and better than I expected for this form factor. You can print documents and pictures of varying sizes, up to the standard 8.5 X 11, which is all I have done so far, but having the option is nice. You need to keep in mind, this is not designed to be an at home workhorse printer. You will not be carrying a ton of ink, so if you hit it very, very hard, you will probably need to pick up replacement cartridges sooner than later. Something to keep in mind. That said, if you don’t print a lot at home and are looking for a compact solution it can work for you. Where it really shines though is for anyone looking for a portable printing solution. Print quality is great, is it easy to use, and it is extremely portable. If you are a student, small business owner on the go, or a road warrior, this would be a great pickup. The value is there, and I personally don’t know a better solution.

A Good Choice For Wireless and Travel Printing
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Canon Pixma TR150 printer is designed to travel with you or print at home or anywhere else you might be. It takes up very little space and is light-weight . The printer was easy to set up and quickly connected to my Wi-Fi network for wireless printing. It comes with an electrical plug to use with an electrical outlet but can be used without being plugged in with the purchase of a Canon battery pack. Carrying cases can also be purchased to protect the printer when travelling. The ink for this printer is readily available and not too expensive. The print cartridges are somewhat small and probably won't last very long depending on how many pages you print. The Canon Pixma TR150 printer is very well designed and built. It is not the fastest printer in the world but print quality is very good. I wish I'd had this printer years ago when I traveled 50% of the time for work.

Large print quality in small plg
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can honest say I was very surprised by the quality of this small footprint printer. Set was easy with the app so connection to mobile devices was a breeze. It only drawback I can find is connection to a wired network device is a bit tricky. You need some network expertise to get that rto work. That being said if you only using on wireless devices, phone, tablets, laptop and the such it connect everytime.

Very Portable as long as you have a plug in
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The color prints are terrific. Black and white ones remind me of my LaserJet. I love the compact size and the way it folds up as well. There are rare earth magnets that lock the tray opening. The wireless printing app works flawlessly and I'm very glad to see connection by usb-c as well. Build quality is very good and I'm sure this will last for years.

Traveling companion!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Canon PIXMA TR150 is a great “little” printer, coming in at about 4.5 lbs and small enough to fit in your backpack! Setup was painless with the short videos available being very helpful. Because I’m home, I connected via WiFi and that was done with ease. It does come with a cable and is also Bluetooth. Once the carrier and ink cartridges were installed the printer did some kind of internal set-up/adjustments that took a couple of minutes. There is a little screen, about 1.4”, that shows status and other setting needs. It’s not a touch screen, there are directional buttons next to the screen. The open top is the paper feeder with the printed page coming out the front. This is a good little portable printer. But to be truly portable and use anywhere, you would have to purchase a $99 battery kit. The print quality is good and the printer seems sturdy. If you’re in the market for a little portable printer, the Canon PIXMA TR150 should be considered.

Great for travel
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m loving my Canon Pixma inkjet wireless printer!!! This printer has been a life saver, the lightweight compact design has been perfect for travel, fits perfectly in my backpack doesn’t take up much room. Canon Pixma TR150 was super quick & easy to connect to my IPhone, they give you a cd so you can download & connect to your desktop which I didn’t try cause I needed it for travel. Prints fast & clear nice lines. Only thing I noticed sometimes it prints darker than other times I was printing in black ink only some things printed in gray & some were black? Setting were the same, don’t know if it’s because I was using the ink it came with, also came with batteries. But prints color awesome also!! I have no complaints.

Solid Performing Portable Printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Canon PIXMA TR150 Wireless Inkjet Printer is a solid performing inkjet printer. I wouldn't necessarily rely on this printer for my heavy duty needs, but in the right circumstances, this works nicely. Out of the box, set up is easy. The hardest part is just figuring out how to put the inkjet cartridges and print tray into the printer. Once that is figured out, the rest of the set up is a snap. There are multiple ways to connect to the printer. I tried the Wi-FI, Wi-Fi Direct and Apple Print. All were very simple. My Windows 10 machines and MacBook were able to recognize the printer on the network and loaded in the necessary drivers without me needing the included disc. The printer was good depending on the job. If printing images, you can print all the way out to the border of the paper. However if your main goal is to print images with this printer, you may be a little disappointed. To me it just didn't seem to have the same quality as some other inkjet printers I have used. Where this really shined though was in printing color documents. I printed a few documents with embedded color images and graphs which look great. With this in mind, I think this would work great for a college dorm room or where someone needed to print a document on the run. The printer is portable as it weights a bit over 4 pounds and folds to conform to a reasonably small size. As with most inkjet printers, speed is not going to set any records,. But for grayscale documents, you can get about 9 sheets per minute while color documents print at about 5 pages per minute depending on how much color is involved. Color photos will take longer depending on how much of the page they consume. As mentioned previously, this in not meant for a majority of your jobs. The duty cycle is low at only 500 pages. That means this printer is intended to only print 500 pages per month or else you risk failure of the printer. This is why it likely works well for students, in portable settings, or home use with low print needs. This is probably not suited for businesses with heavy print needs, at least not as its primary printer. In the end, this is a solid performing printer for what it is intended to do. I have had a few Canon printers and they all have performed reasonably well. This printer is not made to be a workhorse, but will work in the right settings. I would recommend this printer to people needing a printer for school, home use, or people needing a portable printing device.

Compact Easy Setup
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an earlier version of this when I traveled for business years ago when we had internet but GPS devices were still not common to print maps while I was on the road and loved it. This newer version is no exception. If you have a larger laptop bag or backpack this will fit to take with you but also has some good home uses too. Most devices are easy to set up but this has instructions that I found to be very cleverly setup. Scan the QR code or navigate to the set up page and there you will see step by step by step videos. For each section there are two levels, an over view for folks familiar with these things and with a click you get more in depth help. Perfect for the person that can get to the internet but set up is intimidating. Print from phone is not only supported but super easy to set up too. Which leads me to who might consider purchasing this device. With more an more people using their phone or tablet for online orders some people don't have a computer. This is a great option because our need to print reams of documents at home is essentially a thing of the past. Taking up such a small space this is the perfect solution for the occasional return shipping label, grocery list, or a quick print of the granddaughter or nephew's latest achievement for the fridge. The ink comes in very easy to install cartridges - bare in mind that the color cartridge is a single unit with all 3 colors. For space reasons, this is necessary but again if you have a high capacity need a larger non portable printer with individual ink for CMY is probably a better solution. Print quality and speed are very good. I printed several documents on plain and photo paper and the results were excellent (taking into consideration photos on plan paper will only be so, so even on a higher end device) Personally I will use this as a second printer in my sewing room where, again, I sometimes need to print something now and again and am too lazy to go to my home office. I would consider this for the parent, or grand parent that has that occasional need to print and doesn't want a gargantuan device cluttering up their space. If you are looking for a small printer for travel or any other reason I can highly recommend this for both the computer savvy and not so savvy customers.

Printing on the GO
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is small. Like, fit in your normal size backpack small. That's the main feature that you should be looking for when looking at this printer. That's not to say that it doesn't print great, it does. I recommend this printer especially if you are also looking to print photos on the go. Maybe you are going over to a friend's house to print some photos of a trip you just took? That would be a fun time and this printer could provide that for you. All in all, I'm very happy with the performance and function of this printer.

Great Portability
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the Canon - PIXMA TR150 Wireless Inkjet Printer for about a week now, and it's been great! I've been using it with my iphone, and my Windows laptop. Using it remotely has been fun! I've printed some photos, and documents for work. All were seamless and worked great. This is my first Canon printer, and I look forward to using more of their products.

Great Compact Printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've long been a fan of Canon printers including their PIXMA Pro-10 for larger format photo printing. So when I needed a small printer for my travel trailer I was delighted to see that Canon makes a printer that fit the bill. Setup was fairly easy and initial setup took around 15 minutes (most of which is the printer doing it's self setup after installing the print head). It connected to my WiFi without issue and was immediately recognized by all my devices. I am very satisfied with the print speed and quality. While I don't feel this printers primary function is as a photo printer, you could print off some phone snapshots and be happy with the results, especially using the appropriate paper. This will function great for printing out reports, labels, flyers, graphs and the like. Definitely recommended!

Great compact printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great printer, especially if you travel a lot or are tight on space. First off, setup is pretty simple. I did everything using just my phone, but it seems it would be just as simple, if not moreso using a computer as well. Print quality is pretty good, right on par with what you would expect out of a modern printer. Print speed is also pretty good. Nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done. My only gripe is that it is missing some features I have come to really appreciate on bigger, traditional printers, such as scanner/copier, paper storage, and larger ink cartridges. But it is understandable that some compromises had to be made to accommodate the smaller form factor. In conclusion, this is a really great printer, and a must have if you need a printer while traveling or are just generally tight on space.

Nice Portable Printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is good for taking along for school or maybe a small business where you need to print documents on demand. I found that it did not connect to my home network at all but I believe that's due to my service provider and not the printer itself. When used with the included printer cable, it prints well and it's fairly quiet. It's not as fast as some printers but the quiet operation makes up for it.

Compact but powerful little printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The versatility & portability are what led me to purchase this printer. It is very compact but also sturdy. The printing rivals most large "all-in-one" printers that I've had in the past. It connects every time without any hassle. I do have to flip the pages to print on both sides but with the convenience of the size and the low cost of ink I am willing to flip pages.
