They still don’t have the ink cartridge and it’s been about a month. The printer itself works fairly well, but no ink, no printer.

Just Don't!!

Have had this annoying hunk of plastic for a week and have called support three times (the fourth time I was able to uninstall and reinstall on my own). I am reasonable tech savvy and could not connect the printer to the network or my computer wirelessly. The directions to do so were not written by a human. After several frustrating hours I spent an hour on a call with support and finally got it hooked up. Yesterday I tried to print and it was offline again and I ended up calling support. This morning, because I'm learning a lot about canon technical support, I was able to trouble shoot myself for a quick scan but by this afternoon it was gone again. Save yourself! Don't do it - it is not user friendly and if you really must, you can have mine.

Scanner System is weird

No PDF listed in software drop down and have yet to figure out how to scan more than 1 page at a time, which is a hassle when wanting it all in the same document. Also haven't figured out how is increase the contrast as the documents are very faint as saved.

Don't bother

Definitely not intuitive to operate, especially trying to figure out how to enter the letters, symbols, etc. The biggest issue is the wifi connection continues to be dropped. Yet my other printer continues to remain connected 24/7. No more CANON PRINTERS for me.
