Easy to use, prints nice, comes with ink already, just buy paper. I like using it overall. Fax, copies, scans, prints and wireless as well from mobile device or laptop!

Print, copy, and scan functions work very well. I haven’t tried faxing yet. Easy to set up. I would give it 5 stars except it is the loudest printer I have ever heard. I was expecting it to be loud based on previous reviews, but not prepared for how loud it was. My husband could hear it from down the hall.

I have used the print several times (finally) and it prints fast. I have done prints on photo 4x6. I also printed from iPhone, MAC, and windows PC. It works great. The initial setup was easy. I have not scanned or copied yet-

    Replacing old Canon

I was replacing an older Canon All-in-One Printer. My old Canon was very reliable until we had the power outage last February. This new printer was easy to set up and print. It's smaller and lighter than the older model. This is for home use and I like that it's wireless.

The unit prints nice, sharp, clear prints. The printer was easy to set up, even for a non-techy person like me. It is a very nice size and fits well next to my computer. The insertion of the ink cartridges is a little tricky but once inserted work well. Any way that you send items to print work very well and quickly.

Great printer for those who work on the road. Works perfectly fine from a power outlet in a company truck. Easy setup, good quality.

We purchased this printer to replace a previous PIXMA that was several years old and had developed some feeding issues after attempting to print double sided on card stock. Getting this on sale made it about the same as getting ink for the old one. So far, it’s a fairly seamless upgrade. The wireless setup is relatively painless, and can be done from a Mac, PC or mobile device. It is now on our network and has been used successfully by Windows 10 machines, an iMac and iPhones without issue. The quality is pretty good for an inkjet, though as is also typical printing full color sheets eats through the ink. So far we are satisfied with our decision to stay with a Canon PIXMA printer.

The ink runs out to fast. otherwise its ok. Nice size, cheap, ink is a little pricey. I would not buy again. Print nicely, not to much noise. I like the wireless where you don't have to be close to the printer.

A replacement for another canon printer. Ink not as colorful as old printer but could be factory ink cartridge. Bought replacement to see if it is better. A very good printer for the price. Easy to connect to computer and great for phone wireless. Would recommend this printer.

Setting up can be a challenge due to lack of touch screen. Able to print from phone and laptop is a plus but paper gets jammed easily. Image quality is quite good but it takes a bit long to print or copy just one page.

Perfectly adequate just wish my MG7520 hadn't died

Print quality isn't as good as my MG7520, but adequate for my current needs. I didn't realize that the paper supply wasn't a drawer (like the 7520) but instead sticks out the front of the unit underneath the paper output, so not sure how dusty my paper is getting. And there's just the one supply, not 2 drawers like the 7520. I like the 2-sided print capability, and the auto-on feature. It connected without any issues to my home WiFi. I'm used to individual ink tanks, so we'll see how things go with just the black and color tank. I did print out a photo from my phone, and print quality of the photo was very good. Print quality on paper, compared to my old 7520, isn't as good or as sharp but will be adequate for my needs now. Not the fastest printer out of the box, but can live with it.

My MAC died but my documents and photos were safely stored in iCloud. Not wanting to spend 2,000 replacing my MAC at the moment, I’ve been using my iPhone and iPad.. but had no way to print. Canon Pixma air print is heaven sent! Easy set up, flawless wireless printing in black or color from my iPhone and iPad. Great price; user friendly, crisp clean print. Canon Pixma is a winner

Setup was easy. Print quality is good. I would give it 5 stars if the paper output tray was setup like my old cannon and seemed a bit more robust, but not a big deal. It is replacing a Canon printer that lasted over 10 years.

Great Printer But Didn’t Include Ink

I picked up the printer at my nearest location and for some reason when I opened the box there was no ink included even though the item description online mentioned 2 cartridges included. The box also mentions ink being included so I was a little disappointed that I had to pay separate for something that was suppose to be included. Aside from that, I had no trouble setting the printer up. It took me maybe 15-25 minutes on the computer and 10-15 to connect it to my phone. I’ve printer a few copies and so far so good! You can’t beat the quality for the price. The printer itself feels sturdy. Great quality as expected from Canon.

I am not a heavy printer user. Maybe 10-20 black and white documents, copies, and scans per month, so I've always managed with budget friendly inkjet printers. These days, compared to the price of ink, inkjet printers are basically disposable. Buy one (on sale if possible), use as long as possible, then dump it and get another. My Brother all-in-one lasted about three years then died. Read the reviews and decided to try a Canon PIXMA TRA4520. Price was right, and I've always been a fan of Canon Cameras and lenses. Right off the bat, I like the upfront power button and the size and visibility of the menu and other function buttons. Setup was relatively pain-free for both my iMac and iPhone. The only tricky part for me was figuring out how to enter the letters and numbers of my wifi password on the keypad. Nothing in the enclosed paper instructions, but plenty of info online. Here's the typing guide: https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART171591 The rest of the set up was pretty straightforward and I was able to print, copy and scan from my desktop and phone within 60 minutes. So far, so good. Hope it holds up for awhile.

This is probably the best printer I've ever had, if that means anything. I've had a lot of them, truth be told, and most of them are garbage in the grand scheme of things. I've had some that print real well but have nothing but issues; hard to load paper and ink, too small reservoirs, can't get it fixed when it breaks (and they break a lot). This one is wireless and very easy to use plus, it's been going strong for a while now with zero issues. It's print quality is good. Not great but good enough for most things. It has good ink and paper management and it communicates well with all of my devices. Not a bad price either.

For the price, this does a lot. Needed something for working at home. The wifi feature is great and the app for the phone works well as well. It's easy to set up and you can send scans right to your phone or send documents from your phone to the printer to print. Ink is reasonably priced. Only thing I would fix would be adding an additional tray for other sized paper and possibly make it bluetooth compatible as well.

Prints fast & is more compact than earlier Canon models. Easy to set up, even when printing from the smartphone. I haven’t tried the double-sided printing yet but that feature was what made me choose this printer over others selling for the same price/under $50.

Great for home use. Prints fast and good quality print. Love the Automatic Document Feeder for copying and scanning. Can be used as a Fax machine, but haven’t used that feature yet. It’s well worth the price of $99. The price of Ink cartridges seems reasonable, get the XL cartridges, contains more ink at a better value per page. Works using AirPrint from iPhone, but must setup printer for use on your wireless network.
