difficult to set up and operate.....confusing directions

Really not satisfied e we other this printer. Difficult setting up scanner.

It feels flimsly which makes me question the overall quality of the build. More importantly, the ink cartridges claim to only print 180 pages. If I did the math right, that's 30 cents per page. If that turns out to be true, I will either throw this away or resort to generic ink.

Could not get scanner to work; only reason we bought it.

I found this printer a more difficult to set up and connect to my internet.

Not promising very difficult to use. This is not for business

wish it had a bigger screen or at least it would light up... hard to !read

The ink is dry so even tho it's new I have to buy NEW ink.

Its a product that is great to print out office things but not for pictures.

I guess no one uses a fax anymore, there is no documentation for fax. Printer has been used twice and already needs ink! Was not worth the cost, it's going to the trash. My second Canon printer and neither of them work, next time I will consider another manufacture who supports their product.

I bought this as a Christmas present for someone I live with. They delivered the item IN the printer box. Of course, the person that the present was for came home before me and saw the printer box on the porch. Needless to say, they knew exactly what they were getting for Christmas and there was no surprise.

Paper gets stuck, paper load is difficult, does not hookup to wifi well, screen does not lightt up impossible to see I can bot believe Canon put this on the market Its absolutely horrible! Tablet smart easy hook up bull crap! Dont purchase!

Hate it! Maybe it’s best for printing pictures and not what I need it for. Will be returning this printer in the next few days! I tried it for almost a full year. First of all it runs out of ink super fast and I’m using the XL. Not an ink friendly printer and it’s one of my needs

All I wanted was a good basic printer. Thought I would get one with this printer. Nope. This thing jams every 4 or 5 pages. When I go to scan a document the alignment is so bad it crinkles the side and scans it crooked. Absolute piece of junk.

gotthis printer because of good price. Then have had nothing but problems setting it up. First I thought it was just me and possible lack of tech sassy but others tried as well and still terrible. Website for company is useless. Does not recognize black ink- a canon product ink....hope I can return this....what a waste of money and time- need to re-install driver every time i need to print. Worst ever

This printer is cheap and you get exactly what you pay for. The daily issues I have with this printer; 1) ink runs out way too fast - I loaded a fresh cartridge and after printing 7 pages of homework printer said it was low on ink and needed to be replaced 2) can only operate with not very many printing papers loaded no more than 10 papers at a time and even that number is being rounded up 3) constantly loading and reloading paper to work properly 4) it’s an inconvenience. Save your money for a real printer.

Paper gets jammed all the time. I would have a luck to print in every 4-5 attempts. It wasted so many papers. When it does print, printing function itself is standard. Just it causes too much problem with papers.

Brand new and out of the box and four paper jams with trying to print the test page. Bottom line: Regardless of features and ease of setting it up, at the end of the day I need reliable tech.
