Ink is expensive! I told the guy I wanted a Cannon cuz I had one and wanted to continue buying ink from Amazon that was inexpensive. He told me I could do that with any! This crap uses so much ink, isn’t sharp printing pictures; (the colors of pictures aren’t accurate), is really loud when printing, front doesn’t close if you have paper in the tray, and you have to pop the bottom up so the printed paper doesn’t fly everywhere. That bottom part feels like it’s going to break every time. Just a really crappy printer. If that kid at Best Buy had told me I’d gladly have spent more money to get a better printer. He kept saying doesn’t matter the price they all do the same thing! Clearly they DON’T!!!

Feeder cant handle more than a few pieces at a time but aside from that its decent for a cheap printer

Printer produces nice crisp photos. Double sided printing is a plus. A downside is that the sprinter is slow and I had difficulty setting it up.

I love this printer - once I followed the instructions to hook it up and the price is great! I would recommend it for anyone looking for a reasonable price and it does duplex printing.

It was a little difficult to set up, because the instructions are online, but after I did it works fine.

This printer is definitely getting the job done. Sometimes it has connectivity issues, but that could be our well- insulated home.

Works as advertised. Jury still out on the cartridge life, but looks promising for my needs.

Had the 4900 prior to this purchase. Similar, the 4720 will not print greeting cards using Blue Mountain. Other than that, no other problems right now.

This is a good basic printer. It goes through the ink really fast.

it was a little difficult at first but I think I'm getting the hang off it.

Overall the printer is ok i give it a 3 because the machine gets disconnected every time from the internet and then i have to put the password manually. Second I don’t know it it is because I don’t know how to use the printer but I thought that if i scan the paper it would scan and printed directly from the printer but not when you scan you has to download the pic to the computer or document the you has to print
