Great printer. setup was a bit trickier than expected, but once its done, you're set for the life of the printer. The display is tiny and not lit, so making adjustments to the settings from the unit is cumbersome.

It was defecgtive. The Geek Squad tech who installed it tried 3 times to install the ink cartridges. The printer kept telling him to "install cartridges", even though he HAD installed them. He told us to take it back, it was defective, so we returned it.

The printer has the functions of a printer /scanner and it is under standable. The instructions screen is small and a little hard to read.

Woukd give a 5 stars, but black ink runs out very quickly.

Every function works great, just wish the price would of been a little more affordable.

The printer worked fine for a few months. Then I started not printing until I turned it off and back on a few times. It doesn’t print clear even with brand new ink cartridges.

Good little printer/copier/scanner for home. It does what I need it to do.

Not really much to say, it prints and the ink doesn’t smudge. It can be used to print shipping labels too, which is my main use for it.

Works great for my home office, easy to setup and install.

I am not a big fan of this printer, colors are not bold, not user friendly, fax does not give you a print out that the fax was or wasn’t received. Difficult to read the print in the window. Should have stayed with my HP was much easier to use.

Took some getting used to how to have somebody from Best Buy to help us set it up

I wouldn’t advise this printer that is unless you’re okay with connecting it via usb cord to your desktop every time you need to use it. It’s just not convenient for anyone that prints a lot.

Uses the black ink up quickly. That was the ink that came with the printer. Will try thdcartiagd to see if that will last longer

It doesn't get used a lot so I cannot speak for its consistency. However, on the rare occasion I do you this printer, it works fine,

Project printer needs some work.will have to get back to later.

Only reason i wouldn't recommend is because you can't buy ink anywhere. We had to order online through Amazon.

Very good, but @ 74 y.o. I wish the buttons would say ON/OFF, COPY, ETC.

The Value, for me, in the TR4720 is in its ability to copy multiple page documents into PDF files on the computer. It has both the ability to send information over the internet or through a USB. The draw back is the instruction manual that is in line and I have found very confusing and unhelpful for making the connection between the Computer and the Printer. Ink supply is limited and expensive. Further if you a just copying, the paper bin is very limited and shoots out the copy past the pullout "tray".

Great quality printing but not very user friendly. Very hard to use.
