This printer is much slower and printing than the Brother MFC-J4750W that I had but there was not another Brother in stock and I needed a All in One printer now so I purchased this one.

This is the worst printer I have ever had. No instructions were included on how to set up and use i.e. how to open the cartridge door and insert cartridges. Open paper tray for collection of dust. Ink jet included last with almost no use of printing about 3 weeks. Could not get larger ink cartridges inserted.

It seems to do everything it is advertising to do. The price is good and the ink is inexpensive: A WINNER!

Excellent quality on photos which was feature most wanted. It is replacing a canon pixma that I've used for over 20 years.

It does what it is supposed to do. No fax capability.

Setting up printer was not as easy, the ink consumption is very high and the printer losses connection frequently. Need to establish connect every single time before i need to print.

Really loud and really slow to print, let’s just say if I print while my 4 mo old is napping it startles him and wakes him up. Sometimes letters are cut off if they are too close to the edge even though it is set to auto size.

Good workhorse for the price. I needed a printer that could also scan multiple pages at a time and can scan high res.

It does the job. Don't expect great things remember it's just a base printer.

This is a perfect printer for the prints I need to be made. Plus the ink is not very expensive. I recommend this printer.

Manual difficult to understand/follow. I spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to scan docs to my computer with no success. Extremely frustrating. Never had the problem with my previous HP printer.

Does everything it says it will do, i have a few glitches setting it up but techincal service readily took care of those. I am well pleased with the outcome.

Screen is extremely small, and buttons are inefficient for navigating menus. Major issue with rollers and ink resulted in me returning this printer within only a few months of light use. I'm guessing this was my unit and not a reflection of the entire line. Considering and EcoTank model, now.

The printer does what I brought it for, but it's kinda slow.

WORST PRINTER EVER! My first print attempt it jammed and I cleared the jam and it keeps giving a jammed error. 0 out of 10

Printing out on both sides of the page was a happy surprise and unexpected when it happened, No manual but connects to videos on YouTube to give full directions. Negative is the little window where instructions on how to print or setup, is much too small for us. Had I had more time during the buy I would have gone to a more user friendly Canon Printer.
