a little difficult to operate and printing is very slow

The canon is no good I only decided to buy Canon because I work with Canon at work seems easy enough but we did always have issues with it I should’ve thought of it this way. With that being said, canon no go it eats up all your paper it has a paper jam when it says that it wouldn’t. But every second I tried to print out even the return slip and it would not allow me or let me because of a paper jam…Canon sucks thank you.

I give this 3 because no detail instructions on hookup if I wasn’t using my iPhone I would have been In Trouble had go app watch video learn how load paper display screen need backlight and very small to read

This printer works good, not the best but not the worst we have bought.

It suit my daughters needs. She needed one for college so she would be able to print from her phone and it did just that. I was pleased with it.

It is a good printer. If it would include a guide, it would be helpful.

I read the reviews before I purchased this printer and they were positive. So I decided to get it. I tried setting it up and kept getting error codes. The instructions said I needed to correct the ink cartridge. It was inserted correctly. The other code said I needed to unplug it and contact service center. This is supposed to be a brand new printer. In talking with the service agent, he said it's probably old cartridges. They came with the printer. Needless to say, I am not happy. I have a service appointment later today. I'll see what happens.

For my use, this printer works great! It has everything I need, especially the scanning bed!
