Can’t rate or review as it still will Not print anything

Do not buy! It broke down on me literally 10 minutes into me using it.

Not really happy with my printer. Sounds like a Mac truck taking off.. Really don’t have a good solid paper holder either. Also figuring out how to turn it off was a real challenge too. Had I know it was going to be so tinny I would have gone for a little more expensive one.

I like the printer, but it is not efficient when it comes to ink usage. I had only used the printer for a few times, not alot of pages and it displayed low ink. This was less than two weeks of the purchase date. I am debating if I will return it or keep it.

This may be the worst printer I have owned. It came with just enough cartridge ink to print about 8 pages, and can't seem to reliably print anything even after putting in new ink. It is basically a plugged-in shelf after just a few months of trying to use it.

Easy to set up and use. Has everything you need and does a great job without getting delayed with all the bells and whistles.

Had nothing but WiFi issues had to bring back to store

That’s the worst printer, i just lose my money. I can’t recommend.

I have had this printer for 7 months and now I discover that when the paper jams inside the printer, there is literally no way to get it out --- even if you unscrew the plate on the bottom of the printer you cannot get the paper out.

Prints well but is very slow. Printer goes off if not used.

Having issues with adding the device to my computer

Having a hard time getting it to print from my Mac.

Did not work out of the box. Did not even put paper in but screen kept saying error 5001 paper jam. Opened the back part and there is no paper/residues or stickers anywhere to be seen. Save your money, avoid at all costs!

Feels very plastic and not so user friendly. Is still taking some getting use to.

Worst printer I have ever owned. Always put lines through my prints no matter how many times I walk through every troubleshoot and cleaning procedure. Now the print head is not aligned and it overlaps 2 images. Have tried to no avail to do every troubleshoot under the sun. Can't wait to smash it with a bat like in office space.

Not as good as my old Brother print. One that Ireplace with.

Between the Best Buy Geek and myself we could not get the printer to print- product was returned.

difficult to use. A tutorial would be most helpful.

The document feeder for the scanner does not feed the first page correctly. It pulls it to the right and basically folds the page and nearly tears the page creating a useless scan. It may pull the second page correctly if the first doesn't cause a jam. 90% of the reason I purchased it for was the scanner, and I'm beyond the return date. Wasted that $100

Don't recommend it - would not set up, after an hour on phone with tech was told "it needs maintenance". BRAND NEW!!! It was returned.
