Very out dated hard to hook to the wifi. The printer has auto feed and it is horriable always pulls the paper in sideways and jams it. Dont buy

Perfect printer for all of our needs. Great price and the service in the store was great.

Printer has begun printing only a small segment of higher quality document pages, then it ejects the paper. It just began doing this, and there appears to be no one at "Canon" who will talk live with me to solve this issue.

I hate this thing. It NEVER just prints. I always have to open-wait for at least 5 seconds-then close again- the ink cover after powering on or it won’t do anything AT ALL. It never stays connected to wifi, and only picks up my internet half the time and NOT 5G capable. I print and then serve legal documents and all I need is to hit print and pop out black and white copies, simple right? Well apparently NOT, because this canon just. won’t. do. it.

First time i use it paper got jam. I was hard to get paper out. After that it has gotten jam 2 more times. I know this brand suppost to be good but this one is a no no. Printing was bad no tool to see

I hate this printer. It seemed fine at first. It can't print both sides of the paper even when you do it individually. The rollers won't grab the paper. It wasted an almost entire ream of paper by not properly printing and paper getting stuck,. Of course, it is now out of warranty, and I have wasted my money. I would never buy this printer again.

The absolute worst printer of all time. My first printer ever (over 15yrs ago) worked better than this thing! Horrible to print and scan to/from. Everything is controlled through the app on your mobile device. Just terrible, Cannon. Only printer best buy had on the shelf and it was cheap... I see why. I'm ready to throw this thing out the window. I dread having to use this thing...

Ink cartridges are expensive and this printer uses them like they were candy. We do not get the 50-60 prints like they say. We may max 10 but the last couple are faint. Won’t buy a canon printer again.

Easy set up. Good printer for home use printing and copying documents and photos.

I've spent hours trying to get it to work like my old canon printer did. A manual would help. I finally found the on line version but it's tedious to go back and forth from screen to work on the instructions and haven't succeded yet

Setup is not easy I followed the instructions and it kept telling me to enter the ink cartridges. The printer still isn’t setup would not purchase again

More accurately, don't expect a Ford on a Kia budget lol. I should have known from just carrying the box through the store, when both handles ripped out from really thin cardboard, that you get what you pay for. A very inexpensive printer, but very loud, the app lacks functionally, and overall just clunky. Returned already, after using it to print about 20 pages and attempted to scan on the ADF several. The app kept losing connection to the printer, and the ADF kept saying it was jammed but nothing in it. Just had to give up and will spend more money on a better brand.

Could never get machine to send or receive faxes so i had to return item

Easy to setup. No problems with either printing or scanning after two months.

it looks great but comes only with a online screen setup that runs a YouTube video and very hard to follow because it has no sound only several pages showing how to set it up and I wanted one that was hooked to my computer and/or wireless so this was the one I picked. Wireless connection doesn't work, so hooked up to computer and download found no drivers and a lot of other "not found"?? No help links, no live chats, no help from Cannon techs at all Very bad customer relations

Excellent home printer at an amazing low price. Easy to set up and operate.

Ink doesn’t last. Wasn’t able to do what i needed without purchasing 4 extra in cartridges for one project

Very confusing to operate; Geek Squad not helpful. Display on printer is very dim, need flashlight to see instructions
