I have always enjoy using Cannon printers in the past. I knew I was getting a good printer and compatible price.

Cannot find ink for the printer nobody has it Best Buy PC Richards even Canon website cannot find black or color ink cartridge

Was terrible. Not even the Geek Squad guy could get it to work right. He told me to take it back and get a HP which I did. The HP self-installed beautifully.

Horrible printer , I guess you get what you pay for. It stopped working after one use during which I didn't do anything that would justify it not working ex: I treated it carefully and followed instructions etc.

This item is not performing well. It worked a few times started making weird noise and has not printed since.

Absolute junk. Less than two months old and the printing quality is wavy and blurry. Cartridges are impossible to find. Don’t buy this printer.

Do not buy this. The paper is always getting jammed. I have had it almost 3 weeks and now it is broke. the code number tells me to take it in for repairs. Also it is to late to return it.

I really like my printer. I especially like that it shuts down when I’m not using.

Ink is expensive. It is not user friendly at all. Very disappointed in it. Just bought a replacement on eBay like my previous Canon printer. It cost me $400 but I can count on it and easy to use.

Printer is difficult to set up and instructions are not easily written. I asked if I could exchange and was told no because it has been taken out of box????

No ethernet port to hook into. Would not connect to my main WiFi that my computer was on. Poor settings controls for entering password for WiFi. This is 2022 not 1990.

Hard to read screen for options. You have to stand over unit with a light to try to use. Really poor design. No back back light. Hard to see instructions.

This printer is awful. I used it twice and then it failed. The quality on the page awful! Alignment was awful!
