After using the PIXMA MX410 for years, I was quite disappointed in my purchase. I understand that this TR4720 is suppose to be more streamline, smaller in build & not as bulky. However, I find this model's paper tray to be more flimsy, the window is to the back of the printer making it harder to read & the ink cartridges run out way faster even though I'm doing the same amount of printing.

A great purchase for our Florida home as not used as much as other printers at Illinois home. The quality is awesome and very good looking. The ink cartridges are the same at both homes, so buying is easier. This was the last item on the shelf and the person behind me came for the same printer, I did get the last one.

A little noisy, but does everyrthing I need it to do. Easy set up for wireless printing from all my devices. Just don't understand why anyone would pay 2x - 5x the money for a printer.

Easy to set up, so far no problems. Does not need a subsciption for ink, a big plus, but that service is available.

Easy to use and setup was simple. A few different pairing options. Print quality is excellent.

We needed a printer. The salesperson was nice and professional. He was also honest. When I asked if he were buying a printer, what would he buy. He said he did not own one. He copies at Staples. I had to pay $135 to to a specialist to connect my printer. I go to Best Buy because my experience has been that your staff are well prepared to assist customers. I was disappointed. I felt he should have at least known that printers have gotten more complicated along with everything thing else in this field. I don’t have as much confidence in your store as I had before. I will say, however, that I appreciated his honesty.

This is a lovely little printer. We mostly need to print the odd PDF or receipt, or make the occasional copy, but mostly we scan. Wireless capability makes this very easy to use. Connection to other devices is easy, just make sure it's turned on. I haven't taken the time to figure out how to make it stay on and not auto off, I'm sure that's in there somewhere.
