For the price is ok, I need to do some work, this is a reason that I bought this, because the other one that I bought before in best buy was a totally wasted of money.

This is a quite functional inexpensive printer. A great value for the price. It could use better instructions and a display screen that in angled or is swivels upward.

Although retired, I still need a printer fax combo device. With much business correspondence being done online; faxing is a more effective way of response. Because of my limited usage and need, pricing was an issue. The Canon -PIXMA TR472 Wireless All-in-one Inject Printer has met my requirements...Value and Quality.

Love my printer. I use it most for printing pictures of my grandchildren. The color are vibrant and clear. No paper jams is what I like most about this printer

I’ve had the Canon PIXMA TR4720 for a little over a year, and unfortunately it recently stopped working. It worked fine for basic printing at first, but I didn’t expect it to break down so quickly with normal home use. I mainly used it for occasional documents and scanning, so it wasn’t heavily used. After just over a year, the printer started having issues and eventually stopped functioning altogether. It’s frustrating because you expect a printer to last longer than that. While the print quality was decent when it worked, the durability has been disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options if you’re looking for a printer that will last longer.
