Great little printer for the money. So easy to set up! I thought it might be a problem because my laptop is so old but had no trouble at all.

WORST PRINTER EVER! My first print attempt it jammed and I cleared the jam and it keeps giving a jammed error. 0 out of 10

The old HP would no long work. It would say configure not complete! Got the new canon to replace the HP and get rid of the dumb butt program!!!

Very light weight, works when i need it to, prints double sided

Manual difficult to understand/follow. I spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to scan docs to my computer with no success. Extremely frustrating. Never had the problem with my previous HP printer.

When first installed worked perfectly. When I tried to use it the next time, I could not make it connect to my IPad as it had before. I got help from a neighbor and he couldn’t either. It should be simple but isn’t

This Canon printer is what I need to copy whether from my laptop or my smartphone.

The canon is no good I only decided to buy Canon because I work with Canon at work seems easy enough but we did always have issues with it I should’ve thought of it this way. With that being said, canon no go it eats up all your paper it has a paper jam when it says that it wouldn’t. But every second I tried to print out even the return slip and it would not allow me or let me because of a paper jam…Canon sucks thank you.
