Excellent work very good I’m glad I got it don’t have any problems

Bestbuy had the best price on this machine. I’m so glad I found great price.

Very hard to set up. Cannot set up Wi-Fi. It’s just sits there collecting dust in my office so we’ll probably have to buy a new one that is easier to use.

Haven't had it for one year. Constant paper jams, the ink doesn't last more than a month - and I print 5 pages 2x per week. Barely anything. Now when getting rid of jam, it prints double vision. I've cleaned everything, didn't work. Going back to HP.

Had problems since day one. Already replaced ink - had to take that back - not recognized. Replaced - still issues.

Same price at a different store but got a two year Warranty for being a Best Buy club member.

This didn't come with the best set of directions. Had to tinker with it for a while to connect to wifi. The printing option still confuses me but the scanning works just fine

have not used it yet don't know how to set it up to get it running. can't afford to hire someone to do that for me. don't no any body to help me.

This is a good little printer works great got it for my off and dose a great job

Good printer if you dont need fax capabilities. Greek squad delivered it and set it up and made sure it worked.

Great little multi function printer scanner. Ordered as it should and is quiet operation.

Solid printer. Ink is cheaper than HP. Had to get out from under that hp umbrella.

It works but isnt real user friendly. It also eats ink cartridges. I think we have soent about four times what we paid for the printer in ink c srtridges and we don't print much

I liked the looks of this printer. But it would not install. Canon required you to use a program to install it. Midway through the install, before the ink was put in, the program froze and would not unfreeze. Best Buy was nice enough to give me all my money back and to return the printer to Canon with details about the defect.

Great printer with great price. Printing speed is a little slow but according to the price and features, its worth buying.

A low price so I can't be too picky. Easy top correct paper jams. Seems to use ink at a fast rate. 275 and 276 catridges report low ink after a very short usage period. If I were to do it over again, I would probably invest in a more expensive model.

Easy to set up, works well, scanning looks just OK.
