Had to Google the set up instructions, but, after that initial frustration the Printer works fine.

Great little printer for the money. So easy to set up! I thought it might be a problem because my laptop is so old but had no trouble at all.

I like it but one thing the first cartbridge printing like 100 pages

The old HP would no long work. It would say configure not complete! Got the new canon to replace the HP and get rid of the dumb butt program!!!

This printer is among one of the best printers that I would recommend to anyone.

The canon is no good I only decided to buy Canon because I work with Canon at work seems easy enough but we did always have issues with it I should’ve thought of it this way. With that being said, canon no go it eats up all your paper it has a paper jam when it says that it wouldn’t. But every second I tried to print out even the return slip and it would not allow me or let me because of a paper jam…Canon sucks thank you.

This is a great printer for personal use. Budget friendly and gets the job done.

For my use, this printer works great! It has everything I need, especially the scanning bed!

This was an upgrade for me and not my first canon printer. Great value and quality products!

I read the reviews before I purchased this printer and they were positive. So I decided to get it. I tried setting it up and kept getting error codes. The instructions said I needed to correct the ink cartridge. It was inserted correctly. The other code said I needed to unplug it and contact service center. This is supposed to be a brand new printer. In talking with the service agent, he said it's probably old cartridges. They came with the printer. Needless to say, I am not happy. I have a service appointment later today. I'll see what happens.

Cheap but good home printer that does what it needs to do and isn't terribly large.

The print quality is great. The set up was also very simple and easy.

I've always owned HP printers and wanted a change, and most of all it was on Sale.

The choice of printers available was good. Sales associates and cashier were very courteous and helpful.

It suit my daughters needs. She needed one for college so she would be able to print from her phone and it did just that. I was pleased with it.
