Good printer but GOOD LUCK FINDING INK why is canon ink hard to stock if you sell printers

That’s the worst printer, i just lose my money. I can’t recommend.

Good printer for occasional print jobs. Only wish it had a dedicated paper tray instead of just a slot to load it in.

A nice printer for home use. Very satisfactory for printing documents and photos..

Very slow, difficult to see dark screen, fax is so difficult that customer service could’ve even figure it out and just sent a manual of 434 pages, systems freezes and you can’t clear things and when two short failure notices printed- it used 25% of the black ink. The customer service rep was confused by this as well. The system holds things to print and if you don’t have the ink or paper, you can’t clear it. The customer service rep couldn’t help me clear it or do anything else b/c of it. I’d prob need to buy another ink cartridge to print whatever it wants to print in order to allow me to use the machine. Works out for Cannon well though.

Good product overall. Stopped working over a smudge on the film the inkjets slide on so kind of a sensitive product

Set up was difficult, but all of its functions work fine. (There was a help line to call, which made the set up possible.) Now that the set up is complete, there are no issues.

It was hard to get the printer setup and working on the network and the direct print option had to be reinstalled several times before it would work. It printed fine for the first cartridge and then when I changed the black cartridge for the first time it started printing with fuzzy lines in the pages. I don’t recommend this proof or anyone.
