Good product overall. Stopped working over a smudge on the film the inkjets slide on so kind of a sensitive product

Set up was difficult, but all of its functions work fine. (There was a help line to call, which made the set up possible.) Now that the set up is complete, there are no issues.

It was hard to get the printer setup and working on the network and the direct print option had to be reinstalled several times before it would work. It printed fine for the first cartridge and then when I changed the black cartridge for the first time it started printing with fuzzy lines in the pages. I don’t recommend this proof or anyone.

Overall a good home printer. The wireless setup could be a little easier. And it doesn’t stay connected to the home network which makes using the AirPrint feature difficult

For the price it is a decent printer. Only issue I have encountered is the WiFi disconnecting often.

Have had this printer just over 2 years. Just when the extended warrenty runs out all it does is jam. Got higher quality paper and still throws errors. The documentation in the manual is awful. The heads are misaligned and after 3 hours I gave up. This is going in the trash and I've bought a new one, different brand, for my college student. Last Canon I'll ever buy. Saw other reviews also mention the ink. It is very expensive and doesn't last long. Big waste of money and time this printer has been

Great buy I love my fax printer and scanner love the color

I used this printer for just a few months. It kept losing connection to my router and its programmed to shut itself off after a certain length of time. There doesn't appear to be an override to this function. The print quality was OK but overall, I would not recommend this item.
