Not very user friendly. Hard to find an on-line user manual. Hard to set up with the limited information they give you.

Gave this as a present and the individual is enjoying the printer.

The printer works fine. The ink cartridges only prints about 10 pages before the black ink runs out. The color cartridge only prints about 5 pages before the ink is out. Not a good bargin because the cartridges are expensive.

Poor quality printer. Prone to jamming . Has to be re-programmed every couple of days. Print quality is inconsistent. Poor customer support. Overall a big disappointment

Great Product. Does everything you would need in an in home copier.

Printer keeps giving error codes. Ink cartridges bay clumsy, not well made. In sevice less than 4 weeks.

Jammed 5 times printing 32 pages. VERY difficult to set up - no included instructions, had to get from web site.,Have to turn printer over to clear jam.

I love this printer, it was a great price and has everything, scan, copy, etc.

-This printer goes through ink very fast. Even the XL cartridges are gone very quickly. -Large color prints are washed out. -The document feeder regularly jams -The duplexer only works for general purpose paper If you’re planning to print more than a few pages now and then or if you plan to print full page color prints, I recommend spending a little more on a higher quality printer.

Best printer so far that I’ve bought in years, my fourth printer

Set-up SHOULD have been easy. I put the correct ink into the correct slots following the directions inside the door. The printer asked me to put ink into the printer after this THREE different times. Three times I checked and the ink was in correctly. The printer loaded the ink and then claimed a print head was out of line and I would need to contact Canon for repairs. Absolutely NOT. I'm returning this and finding something that works. My first and last Canon purchase for sure.

I like the new printer able to print from my phone and iPads.

I purchased this to use with my new MacBook and have had it for over a month and have been unable to add the printer to the new computer. It also has issues connecting to my iPad and iPhone. I ended up buying a completely different brand out of frustration. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I bought this printer for my mother along with a new computer. It had printing problems from the first day and has been fixed several times. We continue to have printer issues and when checking to see if can be returned, the date has expired for when we could have done that. We dont print much so the issue didnt show up very much. I feel that this is a bad printer and would need to get best buy to at least let me get a comprable printer and possibly pay the difference. If I could talk to someone at best buy I feel that they would not comply or even offer a replacement.

Unable to get printer working. Using on-line setup is not as efficient as having disc.

Great product work's with Wifi great super printer

I would not recommend this printer to anyone. It has been giving me nothing but trouble since I got it.

Garbage item. Wouldn’t connect to my internet. Kept telling me to configure my settings. My settings work fine; everything else in my home connects to the WiFi with ease, except this useless printer. Now I have to return. Yes; I’m angry.
